• Own the creation and execution of AcuityMD’s content calendar across blog, email, social, customer stories, and thought leadership programs • Partner with the Head of Brand & Communications to translate company narrative, positioning, and market insights into compelling content • Write and edit a wide range of content including articles, reports, case studies, event content, executive bylines, and customer success stories • Support Flywheel and other major company events through content development before, during, and after the event • Manage content production workflows and coordinate with internal subject matter experts, customers, freelancers, and agencies • Develop content that supports demand generation campaigns and helps prospects move through the buyer journey • Partner with Product Marketing to bring new products, features, and customer success stories to market • Drive content distribution across owned, earned, and social channels to maximize reach and engagement • Measure content performance and use data to continuously improve content quality, audience engagement, and business impact • Maintain a high bar for editorial quality, consistency, and brand voice across all published content
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial, communications, journalism, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. We believe great talent comes from many paths. We consider a combination of education, training and relevant professional experience when evaluating candidates.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics into engaging, credible content
- Experience developing content for multiple formats and stages of the buyer journey
