• The Director of Cloud Software Engineering leads the design, development, deployment, operation and maintenance of cloud-native software platforms and applications. • This role is responsible for managing engineering teams, defining cloud development strategy, defining code development CI/CD process, driving architectural excellence, and ensuring the scalability, reliability, security, and performance of cloud-based solutions. • Assist in the definition and execute the organization’s cloud software engineering roadmap. • Establish engineering best practices, coding standards/review, and development methodologies. • Drive innovation in cloud-native application development and modernization initiatives. • Partner with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business goals. • Partner with business leads and IT business analysts to support development of functional requirements. • Build and maintain a high-performance engineering culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Working collaboratively with IT CSV and IT business analysts to support computer system validation/assurance activities. • Lead and mentor multiple organizational teams. • Recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent. • Conduct performance evaluations, career development planning, and succession planning. • Manage resource allocation, budgeting, vendor relationships, and work with ACM PMO to manage project prioritization and resourcing. • Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and technical excellence. • Oversee the architecture, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of scalable cloud applications and platforms. • Guide adoption of microservices, containerization, serverless computing, and API-driven architecture. • Ensure applications are designed for high availability, fault tolerance, and scalability. • Lead modernization efforts for legacy systems migrating to cloud environments. • Drive automation across CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment processes. • Assist in the development and maintenance of applications using ACM’s development environment. • Provide technical leadership in public, private, and hybrid cloud environments. • Ensure adherence to cloud security, compliance, governance, and operational best practices. • Collaborate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to implement secure-by-design architecture. • Monitor emerging technologies and recommend strategic adoption where appropriate. • Establish performance metrics and KPIs for engineering productivity, reliability, and operational excellence. • Partner with product owners and IT business analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Collaborate with DevOps, QA, Data Engineering, Enterprise Architecture teams, IT Security and IT CSV teams. • Communicate technical strategy and project status to executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences.

• Provide strategic leadership for the organization's enterprise infrastructure across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments. • Oversee infrastructure operations, cloud platforms, networks, data centers, endpoint management, and infrastructure security. • Partner with Rochester Regional Health and organizational leaders to ensure technology solutions are secure, scalable, resilient, and aligned with business goals. • Develop strategy and lead infrastructure modernization, cloud transformation, disaster recovery, and operational excellence initiatives. • Develop and manage high-performing technical teams.

• The Data Privacy Operations Associate plays a key role in supporting the Global Data Privacy department by contributing to a wide range of privacy, regulatory, and compliance initiatives. • This position is responsible for assisting with data privacy matters, contract review, and governance processes, while ensuring alignment with applicable laws and organizational policies. • Manage and help oversee Data Processing Agreements. • Gather information about existing and new data processing information including but not limited to client and vendor agreements. • Manage, track, index and monitor the status of all existing data processing and new contracts involving privacy issues or personal information. • Track, manage, and organize privacy-related requests for information (RFI), and client questionnaires. • Gather information needed from other departments to assist the DPO in documenting ACM’s privacy program. • Assist with updating ACM policies, procedures, and training materials related to the handling of personal information; maintaining an overall index of privacy program materials; and interviewing other team members about their current practices. • Assist with various projects to support ACM’s compliance with applicable privacy laws. • Work with cross-functional teams to help update data retention policies and procedures; assist with ACM’s data inventory maintenance; and help the business understand and operationalize new legal requirements. • Support the DPO in addressing data subject access requests or data privacy litigation matters by compiling, reviewing and organizing the necessary documentation. • Monitor ACM data privacy data mapping and assessments and to keep up to date with current data privacy regulations. • Partner with legal and compliance team members, and the Information Security team, to support ACM’s Privacy Impact Assessment process, and other projects tied to privacy and legal issues at ACM. • Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Global Data Privacy Officer (DPO), including calendar coordination, meeting preparation, document organization, scheduling, follow-up tracking, and management of confidential materials. • Coordinate cross-functional meetings, maintain project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure timely completion of privacy and compliance initiatives. • Leverage AI-enabled productivity and research tools to assist with document review, legal research, workflow organization, meeting summaries, data analysis, and administrative efficiencies while maintaining confidentiality and compliance standards. • Develop and maintain organized filing systems, tracking tools, spreadsheets, dashboards, and status reports to support operational efficiency and executive-level reporting. • Conduct routine and specific legal and factual information research and data compilation. • Assist with regulatory research and external communications related to legal matters.

• Facilitate an ACM information security governance structure through the implementation of a hierarchical governance program • Define and execute the enterprise information security strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives and regulatory obligations • Provide regular reporting on the current status of the information security program to enterprise risk teams, senior business leaders and the board of directors • Ensure that IT security requirements are included in vendor contracts by liaising with vendor management and procurement organizations • Create and manage a targeted information security awareness training program for all employees, contractors, and approved system users • Understand and interact with related disciplines through committees to ensure the consistent application of policies and standards across all technology projects, systems, and services • Serve as executive advisor on cyber risk to ACM’s Executive Leadership Team (ELT) • Establish security governance, policies, standards, and metrics across global operations • Lead security investment planning and budgeting • Develop an information security vision and strategy that is aligned to organizational priorities and enables and facilitates the organization's business objectives • Develop, implement and monitor a strategic, comprehensive information security program to ensure appropriate levels of confidentiality, integrity, availability, safety, privacy and recovery of information assets • Develop and enhance an up-to-date information security management framework based on ISO 27001 • Create and manage a unified and flexible control framework to integrate and normalize the wide variety and ever-changing requirements resulting from global laws, standards and regulations • Develop and maintain a document framework of continuously up-to-date information security policies, standards and guidelines • Oversee the approval and publication of these information security policies and practices • Create a framework for roles and responsibilities with regard to information ownership, classification, accountability and protection of information assets • Facilitate a metrics and reporting framework to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the program, facilitate appropriate resource allocation, and increase the maturity of the information security, and review it with stakeholders at the executive and board levels • Ensure compliance with regulations and standards, including; ISO 27001 NIST, HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI FDA (21 CFR Part 11) GxP (GMP, GLP, GCP) HIPAA / HITECH GDPR and global privacy laws • Partner with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Legal to support audits and inspections • Oversee data integrity and validation controls for regulated systems • Safeguard research data, clinical trial data, patient data, software development, manufacturing IP, and trade secrets • Implement data classification, encryption, and access control strategies • Oversee secure collaboration with CROs, CMOs, research partners, and academia • Identify, assess, and mitigate cyber risks across IT, OT, cloud, and laboratory environments • Oversee ACM’s vulnerability management, penetration testing, and threat intelligence efforts • Work collaboratively with RRH IT to establish and oversee incident response, breach management, and cyber resilience programs • Develop cyber resilience and business continuity capabilities • Guide secure implementation of cloud platforms, AI/ML, digital labs, IoT/OT, and data platforms • Ensure security-by-design across system development and validation lifecycles • Oversee identity and access management, zero trust architecture, endpoint security, network security, and SOC operations • Develop and enforce third-party risk management programs for vendors, CROs, CMOs, and SaaS providers • Assess cyber risks in manufacturing, logistics, and distribution partners • Collaborate and liaise with the ACM’s data privacy officer and RRH IT security

• The Senior IT Systems Administrator is responsible for the advanced administration/configuration, security, performance, report management/analytics, and optimization of enterprise financial and non-clinical applications. • This role acts as a technical lead and trusted partner to Finance, Operations and IT leadership, ensuring financial/non-clinical systems are secure, reliable, compliant, and aligned with business needs. • Provided knowledge support of new system design, functional requirement and work/data flows supporting the system implementation process. • Administer, configure, and support enterprise financial systems (ERP, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting platforms). • Manage system environments (production, test, development), upgrades, patches, and release cycles. • Working with operations and finance staff, development of workflow/system optimization planning to ensure the continued automation of workflows and system maturity. • Monitor system performance, availability, and integrations; resolve complex system issues. • Works directly with financial staff/leaders to draft detailed report/analytics requirements to support organizational/departmental financial reporting/analytics. • Security, Controls & Compliance: Design and maintain role-based security, user provisioning, and access controls; ensure compliance with SOX, internal controls, audit standards, and organizational policies; support internal and external audits by providing system documentation and access evidence. • Integrations & Enhancements: Lead integrations between financial/ERP/non-clinical systems and upstream/downstream applications; partner with vendors and internal IT teams on system enhancements, new modules, and implementations; lead system testing, validation, and change management efforts. • Data Integrity & Reporting Support: Ensure system data accuracy, consistency, and reconciliation across systems; support Finance with reporting, analytics, data extracts, and troubleshooting; identify and resolve root causes of data and interface issues. • Leadership & Process Improvement: Serve as a technical subject matter expert and escalation point; mentor junior administrators and establish system administration best practices; working with financial staff and leaders, identifies and implement process improvements to increase automation and efficiency.

• Provide strategic scientific leadership to advance ACM’s long-term vision • Partner with VP Clinical operations to identify and operationalize scientific strategy • Responsible for the performance of the scientific teams by managing resources, prioritizing tasks, and developing and monitoring metrics • Promote a high performing culture through effective talent planning, selection, onboarding, and continuing education • Curate and deliver comprehensive training plans and materials • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship supported by routine performance metrics • Oversee Principal Scientists and manage strategic initiatives • Coordinate development of 3PL and Client strategy and attend meetings as appropriate • Serve as the point of escalation for internal teams and external clients • Identify and participate in cross functional process improvement initiatives • Oversee and help resolve internal and external audit findings.

• Manage the lead generation funnel to achieve the annual sales targets for ACM Global Laboratories’ Clinical Trials business • Develop and implement effective sales campaigns to move prospective clients from attention to action for each territory/region they support • Convert qualified leads into meetings to achieve monthly/annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Collaborate and gather input from cross functional team, consolidate responses and ensure timely client submissions • Partner with GBD team and marketing to implement marketing campaigns to drive potential customers into the lead generation funnel

• Manage the lead generation funnel to achieve the annual sales targets’ for ACM Global Laboratories’ Clinical Trials business spanning central laboratory and bioanalytical services. • Implement effective sales campaigns to move prospective clients from attention to action for each territory/region they support. • Target prospective clients who include but are not limited to biotechnology, pharmaceutical and clinical research organizations; points of contact range from clinical operations/management, vendor management, outsourcing, etc. • Qualify prospective clients in accordance with sales process, determining project timeframe, key contacts and funding sources. • Convert qualified leads into meetings to achieve monthly/annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); provide warm hand-off of qualified leads to Business Development Directors (BDD) for capability presentations and/or request for proposals. • Partner with GBD team and marketing to implement marketing campaigns to drive potential customers into the lead generation funnel; support other marketing related activities as required. • Partner with GBD team and marketing to develop and execute pre/post trade show/event campaigns to drive activities and maximize return on investment. • Leverage lead generation tools such as Salesforce.com, our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, industry leading tools such as Zymewire, Biopharma Insight, Sales Navigator, LinkedIn, publications and other relevant sources. • Maintain timely client management documentation in Salesforce.com; provide required reports on sales activities, achievements, key issues and strategies on a regular basis. • Support GBD team when BDD are traveling for business related activities as required. • Adhere to ACM Global Laboratories’ selling processes, practices and rules of engagement.
