Abound Health is seeking a caring, stable, and family-oriented household in the Stroudsburg area to join our Life Sharing Program as a Host Family for a high-functioning adult female seeking a warm, inclusive, and natural home environment. We are actively recruiting a Host Family who can offer a traditional family home—preferably a husband, wife, and children—where this individual can thrive as the only person receiving services and maintain close relationships with her biological family. What Is Life Sharing? Life Sharing is a person-centered residential model where an individual becomes a fully integrated member of a family’s home and community. Unlike traditional caregiving, Life Sharing focuses on long-term relationships, independence, and meaningful daily experiences within a natural home setting. As a Host Family, you provide not just a place to live — but a sense of belonging, stability, and purpose. About the Individual (High-Level Overview) Details are limited to protect confidentiality until a release is obtained.
