Role Description We are looking for a talented Video Editor to assemble recorded footage into a finished project that matches the director’s vision and is suitable for broadcasting. As a film and video editor, you should be able to bring sight and sound together in order to tell a cohesive story. - Manipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience - Take a brief to grasp the production team’s needs and specifications - Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity - Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film - Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects - Create rough and final cuts - Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running - Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process - Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency Qualifications - Proven work experience as a video editor - Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects and Final Cut) - Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio - Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity - Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing - Creative mind and storytelling skills - BS degree in film studies, cinematography or related field

As an assistant editor, you will support the editor-in-chief to administer, plan and produce various publications. Role Description As a JR Video Editor, you'll be involved in the editing of a variety of video content, working alongside a senior video editor, and collaborating with the entire in-house creative team. We need someone that thinks outside the box, contributes new ideas, and executes. You will be editing content for Facebook, Youtube, Instagram and other media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a meticulous eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a creative mindset. Being self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment are also essential to this role. - Edit educational and promotional videos for internal franchise training. - Organize video projects and collaborate with department heads to fulfill video needs throughout the organization. - Create captivating motion graphics and logo reveals for various projects and events. - Work closely with the Marketing team to produce video content for multiple national marketing campaigns. Qualifications - Minimum of 1 year of video editing experience. - Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. - Basic knowledge of camera equipment, including Canon, BlackMagic, Panasonic GH5/GH6, GoPros, DJI Drones, Wireless Lav Systems, and more. - Strong emphasis on motion graphics and design skills is a plus.
