• Manage strategic customer relationships and serve as the primary point of contact across multiple levels of client organizations. • Develop and execute account growth plans that expand customer adoption of Maersk’s integrated logistics portfolio. • Identify opportunities to increase share of wallet across Ocean, Air Freight, Ground Freight, Contract Logistics, Customs Brokerage, and Supply Chain services. • Establish and maintain customer success metrics, KPIs, and critical success factors in partnership with Program Management teams. • Coordinate cross-functional resources to support customer initiatives, implementations, and operational improvements. • Monitor account profitability and support contract renewal discussions and commercial negotiations. • Resolve complex customer challenges and act as an escalation point for strategic account issues.
• The Automation Developer is responsible for designing, building, testing, and deploying high-quality automation solutions (AI-powered intelligent automation and Workflow Automation). • Develop automation solutions using tools such as AI frameworks / Python / SQL. • Convert business requirements and process flows into technical workflows, scripts, and automation logic. • Create reusable components, libraries, and frameworks to accelerate delivery. • Implement API-led and event-driven automation where applicable. • Design and develop AI-augmented automation solutions using LLMs, RAG pipelines, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Azure AI Services. • Build intelligent document processing workflows leveraging OCR, form recognition, and LLM-based extraction. • Develop conversational AI agents / chatbots integrated with enterprise data sources (Dataverse, SharePoint, Excel) for employee self-service and operational support. • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system testing for all automations. • Ensure robust exception handling, logging, and monitoring is embedded in solutions. • Deploy automations to production in collaboration with Infra/Operations teams. • Track automation performance, success rates, failure trends, and benefits. • Evaluate AI model outputs for accuracy, relevance, and hallucination risk; implement guardrails and validation layers for AI-driven workflows. • Prepare technical documentation, design specs, SOPs, and release notes. • Ensure adherence to Maersk security, governance, coding standards, and audit controls. • Maintain version control, access management, and compliance with enterprise guidelines. • Monitor automation health using logs, alerts, and dashboards. • Optimize existing automation solutions for improved stability and performance. • Provide hypercare support post-go-live and handover to operations. • Collaborate with Product Owner, Business Analyst, GDA, platform teams, and business SMEs.
• Collaborate with sales and account teams to build joint account strategies, roadmaps, and growth initiatives • Lead global and regional operational client teams (Customer Experience, Delivery, and other business units) to ensure consistent service execution • Manage key customer stakeholder relationships and internal stakeholder engagement plans • Drive customer satisfaction through KPIs, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and Voice of the Customer programs • Identify and convert Value Creation ideas into initiatives that benefit both customer and company • Ensure customer KPIs are aligned with expectations and Service Level Agreements • Manage escalations and hold teams accountable to mitigate risks to business retention • Oversee operational deliverables such as Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews • Conduct meetings on performance, strategy, projects, and growth plans • Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures • Support capability building, knowledge sharing, and lead initiatives within Customer Program Management.
• Leads the new customer implementation process bridging sales and operational activities • Acts as the customers’ centre of gravity on implementations and issue resolution • Drives the overall implementation project plan across all geographies • Rolls off customer accounts once the implementation phase is completed
• Design and deliver intelligent systems that handle everything from alarm correlation to zero-touch remediation. • Build pipelines for real-time structured datasets using Apache Flink or Spark Streaming. • Collaborate with Network SMEs to identify AI opportunities in alarm fatigue reduction and root cause analysis. • Implement large-scale telemetry processing using Pyspark and Databricks. • Deploy and monitor models in production using SageMaker, ensuring robustness for global-scale operations.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies for European e-commerce last mile and parcel delivery services • Lead sourcing initiatives, tenders, RFQs and commercial negotiations with parcel carriers, postal operators and selected delivery partners • Build scalable commercial frameworks that support growth, cost competitiveness and service reliability across European markets • Negotiate rates, commercial terms, capacity commitments and service conditions aligned with business and customer needs • Work closely with Product, Operations, Network, Commercial, Finance and Carrier Management teams to understand business priorities and market requirements • Translating business and product needs into procurement opportunities and stronger supplier propositions • Use operational, service and performance insights to strengthen supplier discussions and improve commercial outcomes • Identify opportunities to improve delivery cost, service competitiveness and scalability across European markets • Support volume consolidation opportunities across countries, customers and lanes to strengthen Maersk’s position with delivery partners • Assess supplier proposals based on price, coverage, service quality, scalability, operational fit and customer value • Build strong knowledge of the European parcel, last mile and out-of-home delivery landscape • Benchmark rates, service models, carrier capabilities and market trends across key European countries
• Conduct detailed cyber security assessments on third parties (e.g. suppliers, partners) consistently and timely • Report observations and collaborate with business stakeholders and the Cyber Risk team to ensure any identified risks are managed • Facilitate the supplier onboarding by performing rapid cyber security assessments and advising on potential risk exposure • Act as an SME to ensure appropriate cyber security measures are incorporated in agreements with third parties • Facilitate the collation of information required to respond to Maersk customer cyber security questions • Create documentation, reports, and dashboards for a variety of audiences to facilitate decision making • Build effective relationships with key stakeholders and teams across Maersk • Drive a culture of understanding and awareness of third party cyber security risk across Maersk • Focus on continuous improvement of processes, solutions and professional practices of the team
