• Taking over Employee Payroll • Communicating with External and internal HR related to the Payroll and contractors topic • Reviewing, approving and processing all AP invoices (including but not limited to SaaS and Contractors). • Responsible for handling finance email inboxes (first PoC) • Managing finance documentation & controlling processes, related to AP. • Experience with Datev & HGB would be beneficial, but not mandatory. In case of experience with Datev, then • Experience with processing a massive amount of data and interfaces to Datev • Knowledge of HGB and IFRS • If you have proper work experience with Datev & HGB, you will be given precedence

• Provide customer support across multiple channels, including tickets, chat, email, and online meetings. • Collaborate with L2 support teams to identify and implement effective solutions. • Troubleshoot WhatsApp API-related issues and resolve technical problems. • Guide partners and clients in navigating the WhatsApp Business ecosystem. • Communicate with WhatsApp / Meta representatives. • Work closely with LATAM onboarding and commercial teams.

• Support and scale user acquisition across website, funnels, tracking, and paid channels, while coordinating with external SEO partners. • Support creation and updates of website pages • Work with design on page structure and usability • Ensure content is aligned with acquisition goals • Work with external SEO agency on implementation • Help prioritize pages and content • Ensure SEO strategy is reflected on the website • Define and improve user flows (e.g. website → WhatsApp / form) • Identify friction points and improve usability • Ensure clear and simple user journeys • Set up and maintain tracking (GA4, GTM) • Ensure key user actions are measurable • Build and maintain reporting (Looker Studio) • Launch and manage campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads) • Test channels, messaging, and audiences • Support scaling of acquisition efforts • Updated website pages aligned with acquisition goals • Defined and improved funnels • Reliable tracking and reporting • Paid campaigns and performance insights • Coordination with SEO agency • Growth in traffic (organic + paid) • Users entering funnels • Tracking coverage (key actions measurable) • Paid performance (CPL, channel efficiency)

• Be the interface between the client and the organisation • Identify real client problems and validate them • Own entire products or parts of it • Collaborate closely with multiple parts of the organization and align on the strategy

• Guide clients in leveraging WhatsApp as a strategic performance channel and integrating it into their growth strategy. • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships, serving as the voice of the client within our organization. • Lead clients toward achieving measurable success on WhatsApp. • Analyze client performance data to develop tailored success strategies for different industries, verticals, and use cases. • Transform client use cases into actionable growth strategies, driving measurable results through WhatsApp.
