Role Description We are seeking an experienced and highly detail-oriented Construction Surveyor to join our international luxury development and construction team. This role is focused on traveling across our global portfolio of ongoing projects to conduct technical site surveys, monitor construction progress, and verify the accuracy of as-built conditions against approved architectural and engineering plans. The ideal candidate combines strong technical surveying expertise with excellent reporting skills and the ability to operate independently across multiple international locations and project environments. Responsibilities - Conduct initial site surveys of newly acquired plots and development sites, documenting existing terrain, infrastructure, boundaries, elevations, and overall site conditions prior to construction commencement. - Perform regular monthly site visits to active construction projects worldwide to execute as-built surveys and monitor construction progress. - Verify and document the accuracy of executed works compared to architectural drawings, engineering plans, BIM models, and approved construction documentation. - Identify deviations, inconsistencies, construction tolerances, and potential technical issues between the designed project and the actual built conditions. - Produce detailed survey reports, progress documentation, measurements, photographic records, and technical assessments for internal technical and management teams. - Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, project managers, contractors, and technical consultants to ensure project execution aligns with design intent and quality standards. - Maintain accurate records of project status, progress milestones, and survey data across all active developments. - Support quality control processes by ensuring construction accuracy, dimensional compliance, and adherence to project specifications. - Utilize modern surveying technologies and software, including GPS/GNSS equipment, total stations, drones, laser scanning, CAD, and BIM-related tools. - Travel extensively internationally to oversee and inspect multiple luxury construction projects simultaneously. Qualifications - Degree or technical certification in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. - Proven experience in construction surveying, as-built verification, or site inspection within high-end residential, hospitality, or luxury developments. - Strong understanding of architectural and engineering drawings, construction methodologies, and technical documentation. - Proficiency with surveying equipment and software platforms. - Ability to interpret and compare as-built conditions against design documentation with high precision. - Excellent analytical, organizational, and reporting skills. - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary international teams. - Willingness and ability to travel extensively worldwide. - Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
