• Manage the deployment processes of Motorola’s public safety and command center software suite within complex software ecosystems for public safety agencies. • Lead the efforts to conduct operational assessments, business process reviews, and other discovery events to gain a comprehensive understanding of the customer’s current business processes within Public Safety agencies. • Evaluate existing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement. • Facilitate business process reengineering initiatives by analyzing workflows and recommending innovative changes. • Design, develop, and deliver training curriculum, learning aids, and other instructional materials to ensure end-user engagement and buy-in for new software implementations. • Define, coordinate, and lead User Acceptance Testing processes, ensuring that customer requirements are met and documenting results against the project’s Functional Requirements Matrix. • Act as a liaison between technical resources, engineers, and project managers to communicate customer needs effectively. • Partner with Project Managers and Program Directors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct on-site and virtual loss control assessments for clients • Evaluate safety practices, equipment, training programs, and operational procedures • Prepare written reports and recommendations for clients. • Assist clients with risk reduction strategies and safety program improvements • Perform worksite safety inspections and operational reviews • Develop online and instructor-led training content for tree care professionals • Create course materials, presentations, videos, assessments, and supporting resources • Assist in the development of leadership, technical skills, and safety curriculum • Support the delivery of training programs through instructors and industry partners • Conduct competency assessments and safety consultations in the field. • Support incident reviews and corrective action planning • Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows • Maintain relationships with arborists, contractors, municipalities, and utility clients
