• Identify meaningful moments, insights, and perspectives within large volumes of content and bring them together into cohesive visual outputs.
• Create content that effectively communicates the impact of Udhyam's work to educators, funders, partners, policymakers, and ecosystem stakeholders.
• Execute Creative Content Production
• Take ownership of producing, editing, and delivering high-quality audio-visual content and supporting visual design assets for social media campaigns, events, digital platforms, reports, stakeholder communications, and organizational storytelling initiatives.
• Work closely with the marketing and communications team to understand briefs and translate them into effective creative outputs.
• Participate in brainstorming and content planning discussions while independently executing approved concepts into finished deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
• Create Engaging Visual Content
• Use pacing, music, sound design, voiceovers, motion graphics, and visual elements to create content that captures and sustains audience attention.
• Create and integrate text overlays, lower thirds, graphical overlays, 2D animations, transitions, and other visual elements that enhance the viewing experience.
• Present ideas, outcomes, and data in visually engaging ways through video, motion graphics, charts, graphs, and supporting design assets.
• Design communication assets across formats, including social media creatives, presentation decks, report layouts, campaign collateral, event branding, and digital communication materials.
• Create graphic design assets that are visually compelling, aligned with brand guidelines, and tailored to different audiences and platforms.
• Explore New Creative Possibilities
• Leverage AI-powered creative tools and workflows to enhance production quality and efficiency.
• Experiment with AI voiceovers, AI-assisted editing workflows, and other emerging creative tools where appropriate.
