We are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate Private Credit team. Reporting directly to the Managing Director of our Corporate Private Credit team, the successful candidate will be a business builder, investor, and manager expected to originate, evaluate and execute investment ideas and manage deal processes. The firm follows an investment process that is fundamentals driven and capitalizes upon “process driven wrinkles,” “perceived risk” and other “special situations” in order to generate superior risk-adjusted returns through investments, new businesses, joint ventures, and sourcing partnerships. Arena has a flexible multi-strategy investment mandate to directly originate and execute corporate, structured finance, real estate and natural resources investments in credit, assets and securities throughout the developed world. Transaction sizes typically range from $10 to $50 million. Responsibilities include: - Actively market, source and develop new relationships and source transactions from intermediaries, sponsors and directly with borrowers - Develop unique investment ideas and evaluate new industries for potential investment - Screen new transactions, prepare, issue, negotiate and execute term sheets - Build operating models, perform valuation analysis, financial analysis and conduct industry research - Lead and attend management meetings, financial and accounting advisors on process management, diligence, structuring and negotiations with borrowers - Prepare and present comprehensive investment memoranda and investment committee materials
Job Requirements
- The ideal candidate must be entrepreneurial, energetic and technically proficient. Must have the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Minimum of 10 years of leveraged finance experience. Including 5 to 7 years of private credit investing experience, preferably in Healthcare Asset-Based Lending.
- Preferred, but not required, an MBA with a finance focus and/or JD, demonstrating superior academic achievements or 10+ years of principal investing experience
- We are seeking a candidate that is self-motivated, ambitious and has a high energy level.

The Cloud Deal Manager will play a key role leading the sales team to sell Splunk Cloud in a way that results in continued growth, and equally importantly, customer success and good business for Splunk overall. This role can be performed anywhere in the United States. Your Impact - Be an overall Splunk Cloud selling resource for sales team members to help them position, build, mature and close Cloud business. Provide them with expert guidance to better qualify, understand customer problems/use cases to best position Splunk Cloud to meet the customers’ requirements. Minimum Qualifications - 2 + years software selling experience, ideally selling Splunk Cloud or similar Industry SAAS solutions, ideally with IT Operations and Security use cases, and successful sales of over $4M in Annual Revenue.
