Role Description We are looking for a data-driven specialist to launch and optimize curated programmatic deals, analyze performance, and provide actionable insights to sales and management. - Launch, manage, and optimize curated deals across SSP platforms, including Microsoft Curate, OpenX, PubMatic, and Index Exchange. - Create and maintain advertiser and agency allowlists and blocklists, as well as audience segments. - Prepare platform reports, monitor deal performance, and track progress against agreed goals. - Analyze platform and client data, test buying strategy hypotheses, and recommend opportunities to improve performance. - Support the development and testing of research hypotheses, interpret results, and provide clear, actionable summaries to sales teams and management. - Collaborate with the sales team on a day-to-day basis by providing forecasts, performance insights, and operational support. - Use planning and forecasting tools available within advertising platforms to support campaign and deal decisions. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes, documentation, and the company knowledge base. Qualifications - At least 2 years of experience in a media or digital agency within a fast-paced environment. - At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing campaigns or deals across leading DSPs and SSPs, such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Yahoo DSP, Microsoft Advertising, PubMatic, Index Exchange, OpenX, and Microsoft Curate. - Strong ability to interpret data, identify key insights, solve problems, and clearly explain findings to colleagues and stakeholders. - English level of B2 or higher, with strong communication and collaboration skills. - A collaborative team player who performs well in a supportive, cross-functional environment. - Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Google Analytics, data visualization, and reporting tools. • Track inbound flights and pre-alerts daily; confirm freight recovery timing and ULD breakdown with airport ground handling agents after arrival • Coordinate with our US customs broker: ensure entry documentation (manifests, commercial invoices, HTS data) is complete and filed on time, monitor clearance status, and chase holds and exams through to release • Manage the handoff to our US ground handler — recovery from the airport, sortation, and linehaul to last-mile induction points • Confirm inductions with last-mile carriers, reconcile manifests against scans, and flag short-shipped or missing freight immediately • Own exception management on the US leg: flight delays and rollovers, customs holds, damaged or missing pieces, mis-sorts — investigate, communicate, and drive to resolution • Run a structured daily handover with our China-based operations team so nothing falls between China end-of-day and US morning • Keep shipment milestones current in our systems and contribute to SLA and vendor performance reporting • Turn recurring issues into documentation: customs-hold playbooks, recovery escalation paths, vendor contact trees
