As the Director of Strategic Initiatives (Americas), you will serve as a critical strategic advisor, execution partner, and force multiplier for the SVP, GM Americas. Core Responsibilities - Operationalize Global Strategy/Initiatives within the Region (The "Last Mile"). - Ensure that global strategic priorities & initiatives are successfully implemented within the region, owning last-mile delivery and adoption. - Drive the adoption of global programs by customizing rollout plans to fit regional market nuances without diluting the core strategy. - Drive GM-Level Strategic Initiatives - Regional Strategy Ownership: Own and run specific high-impact initiatives defined by the General Manager, ensuring they directly support Regional Growth goals. - Strategic Guardrails: Act as a strategic filter to ensure all GM-level initiatives are strictly aligned with the broader Global Strategy; proactively identify and realign any programs that drift from top-down objectives. - Performance Measurement: Define success metrics for strategic programs, monitor progress, and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership to pivot or accelerate as needed. - Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and roadblocks to program success and develop mitigation plans. - Change Management: Develop and implement change management plans to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and strategies across the GTM organisation. - Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other functions both locally and with global functions to ensure alignment and seamless execution of GTM initiatives. - Communication: Serve as a central point of communication, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior leadership on program status, progress, and outcomes - Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and performance across teams Qualifications - Experience: 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Strategy & Operations, or Management Consulting, preferably within a B2B SaaS or Technology environment. - GTM Fluency: Deep understanding of Go-To-Market motions (Sales, Partner, CS) and how to drive growth in a complex matrixed organization. - Strategic Execution: Proven ability to take a high-level concept and break it down into a rigorous execution plan with clear owners and timelines. - Influence without Authority: Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders (VP/GM level) without direct reporting lines. - Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using data to diagnose problems and measure the success of strategic initiatives. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. Role Overview The AI & Workflow Innovation Lead manages and executes Attivo Partners’ internal AI strategy and implementation initiatives to accelerate AI-enabled service delivery across the firm. This role is responsible for owning the end-to-end AI implementation experience—ensuring successful technical deployment, measurable operational impact, and the development of a repeatable, scalable AI enablement playbook for Attivo. As the primary AI implementation lead, they will serve as the bridge between firm leadership, internal teams, technology platforms, and pilot clients—driving structured experimentation, ensuring data integrity and governance, and documenting best practices to support long-term service innovation and expansion. Key Responsibilities AI Implementation & Project Management - Serve as the primary owner for implementing AI tools and workflow automation initiatives across Attivo from strategy through deployment. - Lead internal stakeholder meetings to assess operational pain points and prioritize AI use cases. - Develop and manage detailed AI implementation project plans, timelines, and milestone tracking. - Act as the first line of communication for AI-related questions, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization. - Ensure clarity of scope, ownership, governance, and measurable outcomes across teams.
