RevOps Content Manager
Chili Piper
• Act as a subject-matter expert on RevOps architecture, lead routing, lifecycle design, and meeting flows • Translate real-world implementation patterns into scalable partner/community enablement assets (playbooks, workflows, diagrams, decision trees) • Reduce friction in partner-led sales and implementations by standardizing best practices • Support high-impact partner-led and competitive deals as a RevOps expert • Help partners scope complex use cases and implementations more quickly and accurately • Reinforce Chili Piper’s differentiation versus competitors through operational expertise • Develop operator-grade RevOps content that partners can use to sell, implement, and expand Chili Piper • Collaborate with Partnerships and Marketing to align enablement content with GTM priorities • Establish Chili Piper as a trusted voice in RevOps and RevTech through practical, experience-driven content • Build and nurture a community for Chili Piper partners and RevOps leaders • Lead partner roundtables, office hours, and enablement sessions • Create feedback loops from partners into Product and Partnerships teams
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in RevOps, Revenue Systems, Consulting, or Solutions Architecture within B2B SaaS
- Interest and membership in Ops communities
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing lead routing, inbound flows, and lifecycle management
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Chili Piper, LeanData, Marketo, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex systems clearly
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environment
- Self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership and bias toward action
- Passion for helping partners and operators succeed through practical, scalable solutions
