Job Description

RevOps Analyst

Kruze Consulting

• Build, document, and maintain scalable revenue operations processes that support Sales, Marketing, Accounting, and Tax teams. • Improve how we use Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and related GTM tools, including automation for sales development and lead generation. • Support Salesforce administration (workflows, configuration, and integrations) to improve data quality and efficiency. • Maintain clear documentation for RevOps processes, workflows, and data definitions. • Ensure accurate, consistent data across Salesforce and connected systems for outreach, reporting, and analysis. • Analyze inbound and outbound funnels to identify bottlenecks, improve conversion rates, and uncover growth opportunities. • Build and maintain reports and dashboards that show key performance metrics and pipeline health. • Help refine pipeline and revenue forecasting models and measure campaign performance and attribution. • Regularly review workflows, processes, and automation to simplify, standardize, and scale. • Contribute to special projects that enhance our revenue operations function (e.g., territory design, quota support, sales compensation analysis). • Stay up to date on revenue operations trends and suggest new tools, processes, and analytics.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-time experience in a revenue operations role in a corporate environment
  • Hands-on experience optimizing sales and marketing processes, managing leads, and supporting workflows
  • Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud or similar CRM/automation tools
  • Prior exposure to pipeline reporting, lead generation programs, and/or marketing analytics
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects accurately
  • Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets to analyze data and identify key insights
  • Must be willing to work core business hours in the East Coast time zone (approximately 8am to 5pm EST within the U.S.)

Benefits

  • Fully Remote – We’ve completely embraced and invested in remote work and know the benefits. Save time, save money, and decrease stress. Our experience shows that remote work fosters a healthier work/life balance for our people. We do get together once a year for an annual offsite meeting, but it’s optional.
  • Flexibility/Autonomy - Need to run to an appointment, your child's school, or just want to take a walk outside? No problem. If your clients’ needs are met and your work gets done on time, enjoy!
  • Stability – While we serve startups, we aren’t one. We’ve been around for over a decade enjoying controlled growth over that time. We don’t over-hire, and thankfully, we’ve never had to do a reduction in force. Our service offering is niche, accounting is essential to businesses, and the potential market for our services is diversified/vast.
  • High-Quality Colleagues - We’re a diverse bunch, experts in our respective fields, and eager to help each other and clients. We care about each other as whole human beings.
  • High-Quality Clients - We work exclusively with venture-funded technology startups and early-stage companies who are creating some of the most exciting and transformative products and services in the world! (We also have a “no jerks” policy; our clients treat our people professionally and respectfully.)
  • Purpose/Meaningful Work – Not your average accounting role. Kruze professionals get to work with innovative startups that are disrupting their respective industries and creating the products and services of tomorrow. Like proud parents, we derive vicarious enjoyment as our clients grow, get additional rounds of funding, and ultimately get acquired by Fortune 500 firms.
  • Professional Development – You’ll gain exposure to many types of clients and industries including SaaS, eCommerce, Healthcare, Biotech, Crypto/Blockchain, and Manufacturing. At Kruze, you’ll have the opportunity to learn multiple disciplines and work with a wide variety of high-visibility clients and find your passion.
