Translate customer and market insight into input that influences the product roadmap and business strategy. - Team & Process: Manage and develop one direct report. Establish standards and repeatable processes for messaging, launches, and competitive intelligence. Apply AI tools and automation where practical to increase the speed and scale of the function. Qualifications - Strong product marketing skills including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for B2B SaaS. - Deep knowledge of the association market — member engagement models, buying processes, and competitive landscape. - Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive measurable revenue and adoption outcomes. - Strong cross-functional collaboration across Product, Sales, Enablement, and Customer Success. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership. - Comfort operating at both strategic and tactical levels — able to set direction and execute at pace. - AI fluency — a practical mindset toward using AI and automation to elevate marketing effectiveness.
