PPC Specialist

• Build, launch, and manage end-to-end paid campaigns across key networks (including Meta, Google Ads and Microsoft Ads) • Perform daily account audits, adjust automated bidding strategies, manage budgets to prevent waste, and optimize keyword and audience targeting • Collaborate with the creative team to brief, deploy, and test new ad copy, hooks, images, and video assets based on historical performance data • Partner with web developers/designers to test and optimize landing page experiences to maximize conversion rates (CRO) • Track, analyze, and report weekly/monthly performance metrics using Google Analytics 4 and custom dashboards, providing actionable insights rather than just raw numbers • Ensure clean data capture by setting up and monitoring conversion tracking tags, pixels, and attribution models • Produce comprehensive audits and roadmapping for clients based on their goals and expectations • Manage and handle the relationship with the client and Classy Llama to ensure positive and growing engagement
Job Requirements
- At least 3–5 years of hands-on experience directly managing budgets inside Google Ads, Meta Business Manager and any other platforms
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for conversion tracking and custom event creation
- Intermediate to advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data manipulation) and experience with data visualization tools like Looker Studio
- Experience managing and optimizing product feeds via Google Merchant Center for e-commerce campaigns
- An innate desire to ask "why" when looking at a data trend, looking past vanity metrics (clicks/impressions) to focus on bottom-line business impact (ROI/ROAS)
- Comfortable with rapid industry shifts, privacy updates (e.g., cookie depreciation), and fast-evolving ad platform algorithms
- The ability to step into the mind of the target consumer and write compelling, benefit-driven ad copy that converts
- The ability to translate complex data sets and technical PPC jargon into clear, straightforward insights for internal stakeholders or clients
- High precision in tracking settings, budget pacing, and URL parameters—where a single typo can cost thousands of dollars.
