Our primary focus is on investing in hiring, developing, and growing our people. Position Overview: We’re seeking a proactive Client Success Manager to manage and grow 8–10 e-commerce accounts. You will lead client relationships, ensure delivery success, and drive revenue expansion through strategic guidance and execution. Responsibilities - Content Creation & Management - Produce, edit, and manage content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook). - Develop and release video content (including editing) using Adobe Premiere; occasional use of After Effects. - Write compelling copy for social media posts, email campaigns, and newsletters. - Design and layout email newsletters and basic graphics using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. - Content Strategy & Scheduling - Plan and coordinate overall content strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals. - Independently manage schedules for content release, social media posts, and video publishing. - Coordinate and help plan schedules for trade shows, including designing backdrops and handouts. - CRM & Campaign Management - Manage and maintain lists within Salesforce CRM. - Oversee email campaign distribution, ensuring accurate audience targeting and segmentation. - Collaboration & Trade Show Support - Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Partnerships, contributing ideas and executing marketing strategies. Qualifications - Experience in eCommerce. - Proven experience in social media content production and management. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator) and Canva. - Strong copywriting skills for social media, email, and newsletters. - Experience in email marketing, layout design, and basic graphic design. - Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. Requirements - Demonstrated self-starter with excellent time management and initiative. - Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team. - Effective communication skills for collaboration within the team and with other departments.
