• Define the overarching design vision and strategy for zerohash’s core pillars: Trade, Transact, and Tokenize • Build and mentor a high-performing design team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, empathy, and shared success • Lead the evolution of our CX infrastructure, including Design Systems (as-a-service), ensuring consistency across all web and mobile platforms • Oversee the creation of wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes while ensuring successful implementation alongside engineering teams • Act as the primary advocate for good design within the organization, articulating and justifying design decisions to stakeholders and executive leadership
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product design, interaction design, or UX leadership within a software development environment (8+ years required for senior roles)
- A strong track record of managing design teams and scaling design processes in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
- Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineering, including a solid grasp of REST APIs, webhook messaging, and database mechanics
- A world-class portfolio showcasing complex B2B or fintech digital products and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles
- Expert-level mastery of Figma and deep familiarity with project management tools like Jira
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex financial concepts into clear, actionable tasks
- Prior experience in crypto, blockchain, fintech, or brokerage-as-a-service industries

This position reports directly to the Director of Interior Design and offers remote work with travel requirements.
