• Design and execute enterprise level test plans for EM releases, configuration updates, software packages, and automated workflows. • Conduct integration testing, regression testing, compatibility assessments, and validation of EM capabilities across multiple system environments. • Develop and maintain test scripts, automation tools, and validation frameworks using PowerShell or similar technologies to support EM release processes. • Evaluate vendor updates, EM enhancements, and release candidates for stability, compliance, and operational readiness prior to deployment. • Perform root cause analysis for defects, track issue resolution, and collaborate with engineering teams to correct system level problems. • Support release readiness reviews, coordinate with EM packaging and configuration teams, and provide test evidence for approval by authorities. • Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) processes and provide technical impact assessments for EM related changes. • Produce detailed engineering reports, test documentation, validation results, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and system diagrams. • Collaborate with Systems Administration, Information Assurance (IA) Security, Architecture, and Enterprise Services teams to ensure integrated testing across upstream and downstream systems. • Perform additional duties as assigned in support of enterprise validation and modernization initiatives.

• Analyze manual test scenarios and define automation priorities based on client needs. • Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium. • Build and maintain boilerplates and foundational structures for new automation projects. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Junior Automation QAs, fostering professional growth within the team. • Propose and implement improvements to existing automation frameworks and processes. • Integrate and maintain automation processes within CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions). • Oversee and ensure proper execution of automated test plans and reports. • Lead AI-driven QA initiatives, exploring innovative approaches to improve testing efficiency and coverage • Maintain and optimize automation processes within C# projects and other related environments. • Collaborate closely with technical leads, developers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables throughout the development lifecycle.

• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using tools such as Cypress and Playwright • Create, execute, and manage test cases in Zephyr and Xray, ensuring comprehensive coverage and traceability • Integrate test automation with CI/CD pipelines to accelerate regression testing and reduce manual effort • Perform automated testing for web and mobile applications, identifying bugs and validating features • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into actionable test scenarios • Support QA and development workflows in cloud environments (AWS and Azure) • Apply BDD methodologies using Cucumber and Gherkin syntax for improved collaboration and traceability

• Complete software testing activities for user stories within the Agile SDLC by writing automated tests and contributing directly to automation coverage. • Review deliverables/activities identified in test plans for accuracy, consistency, completeness, and compliance. • Write additional automated tests as needed to ensure full coverage for every release. • Develop and Optimize Automation Scripts and Frameworks: Design, code, and maintain automation scripts and frameworks using Python (or another modern programming language). Work with automation tools such as Appium, Selenium, and Robot. • Spend the majority of your day writing code and building scalable automation solutions. • Build automated frameworks for unit, integration, UI, and mobile testing. • Perform exploratory testing only as needed to inform automation. • Create test datasets and execute automated test suites to ensure high‑quality releases. • Adapt automation frameworks to meet regulatory and product‑specific requirements in the medical industry. • Continuously improve automation frameworks and test suites. • Identify and implement opportunities to replace manual testing with automation. • Work closely with developers and QA team members to integrate automation into the development lifecycle. Provide technical guidance when needed, but this is not a lead or managerial role. • Produce clear, concise documentation for automated tests, frameworks, and processes. Ensure documentation meets regulatory and compliance requirements.
