• Contribute Significantly to the architecture and long-term technical roadmap for the Phone Numbers Platform. • Lead by example in using AI coding assistants to automate boilerplate, generate exhaustive test suites. • Drive technical excellence in the team, making critical architectural decisions. • Partner with Product Managers to translate complex global telecommunications regulations into elegant APIs. • Mentor and uplift junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical curiosity. • Identify and mitigate technical risks early, leading the team through complex production incidents. • Articulate technical designs and system trade-offs clearly to your team and cross-functional partners.

• Own the technical architecture and long-term system design for the Talent Tech Engineering domain • Set architectural standards and patterns (e.g., service boundaries, data models, integration patterns) adopted across multiple teams. • Drive architecture reviews and produce design docs/ADRs that guide other engineers' implementation choices. • Identify and de-risk systemic technical debt or scalability constraints before they become team-level problems. • Lead and influence longer-term engineering and GenAI-related strategies for Talent Tech Engineering. • Lead cross-functional technical efforts, driving alignment and consensus across diverse teams. • Design and implement scalable GenAI systems and make critical technical decisions on technology, reliability, and performance. • Design, build, and maintain infrastructure for modern integration methods between our applications, third-party services, and other Netflix teams' services. • Solve complex, high-impact problems and influence strategies to improve system and product quality across N-Tech Engineering. • Influence strategies and execution roadmaps within your department or technical areas of expertise, ensuring alignment with business goals. • Deliver a variety of artifacts, including code, algorithms, designs, prototypes, strategies, or architectures, that lead to system simplification and higher impact. • Collaborate extremely effectively with product managers, designers, other engineers, stakeholders, and vendors on projects within the team and across all of Netflix. • Communicate complex technical issues and business impacts clearly to varied audiences. • Mentor, develop, and grow members in your department/sub-function.

• Work closely with our customers to deliver our innovative solutions including associated training, analysis, workshops and introduction to operational service • Serve as a key link with our customers – understanding their motivations and requirements, identifying opportunities, and communicating these to colleagues in our Power Systems, Software Engineering, Project Management and Commercial teams • Contribute to the design and development of core Wide Area Monitoring Systems (WAMS) and Wide Area Protection and Control products – including algorithms; user, functional and performance requirements; simulation and testing • Carry out analysis and studies as consultancy and services, involving model-based static and dynamic analysis, and measurement-based studies • Knowledge transfer and support for customers in on-going projects, to promote increased utilization of products, gather feedback, and identify potential follow-on business • Technical support for sales process, including pre-sales customer presentations and workshops, pilot projects, and engagement on customer challenges • Writing technical reports, papers and presentations for conference and journal publications

• Responsible for Site MEP construction, installation & coordination of HVAC, FF/FA, SPL, Plumbing and security activities at company project’s. • Actively manage Site MEP construction, testing & commissioning activities (HVAC, FF/FA, SPL, Plumbing and security activities) during project OTR phase and participation in ITO phase as needed. • Control of Subcontractors progress and oversight/planning of Site resources, reporting, liaise with other project stakeholders (e.g. Client, Site Consultant, Project Management, Civil works, CW/MEP Engineering, EHS, Quality,..etc). • Utilize & develop in-depth knowledge of MEP technical aspects. • Use prior experience and acquire technical expertise to execute the construction strategy. • Supervise & inspect MEP works execution maintaining QA/QC and EHS requirements including ability to carry out MEP items QS/take-off and invoices validation. • Prepare and timely provide Site Reports/documentation and accurate internal and external reports (Daily, Bi Weekly, Monthly, 3 weeks lookahead Incidents, PTW, QA/QC..etc). • Ensure contractual obligations are met and attend technical & progress meetings internal as well as with Customers. • Ensure all in-Site activities are carried out safely complying with company environmental, health, and safety (EHS) guidelines and procedures. • Provide expert consultation on complex projects. Planning; possibly recommending and administering policies and procedures. • Drive customer satisfaction through commitment to quality. • Support the business growth initiatives.
