• Ensure the successful implementation of Workday’s HR solutions for healthcare customers. • Implement Workday solutions with customers through industry, product, and consulting expertise. • Take ownership of establishing and encouraging leading practices for deployments. • Conduct requirements gathering, configuring systems, converting data, and solutions testing. • Communicate status to multiple Engagement Managers on different projects to keep them informed of overall project status, risks, and major decisions.

Job Summary Avantiico is looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Consultant with a proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain functionality to join our US Delivery Team. You will be working with our certified Microsoft experts as well as with other leading global partners to transform businesses by connecting people and processes. This is a full-time work-from-home position. This job may require up to 25% travel or more when working remotely. Duties/Responsibilities - Lead or support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) with a focus on Supply Chain Management modules such as Procurement and Sourcing, Sales Order, Inventory, Warehousing, Transportation, and Master Planning. - Participate in client workshops, fit-gap analyses, and system design sessions. - Support data migration, testing, training, and deployment activities across Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management implementation projects. - Contribute to the development of functional documentation, training materials, and user manuals. - Collaborate with cross-functional team members in Finance, Manufacturing, and Power Platform to deliver holistic solutions. - You will have the periodic responsibility of troubleshooting and resolving customer support cases in your area of expertise, as assigned by the Managed Services Manager. - Stay current with Microsoft updates, new features, and best practices in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management. - Additionally, this role will assist in pre-sales/marketing activities including but not limited to producing written content, short videos, webinars, and in-person presentations. The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Consultant is expected to successfully manage multiple projects with competing deadlines. Skills/Abilities - 4+ years of relevant experience with full lifecycle implementation in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management with a focus on Supply Chain and Manufacturing. - Proven advisory role experience and solution presentation skills, with an ability to present complex SCM solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management functionality including manufacturing, procurement and sourcing, sales order, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and master planning. - Cross-functional knowledge of two or more Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules and functional capabilities in Finance, Project Accounting and Management, Service Management/Field Service, Commerce, and Power BI. - Knowledge and experience of Freight Reconciliation and Demand Planning is a plus. Additionally, knowledge of other Dynamics 365 key functional areas including Talent, HR/Payroll, Customer Engagement (CRM), and machine learning, agents and Dynamics 365 or Microsoft 365 Copilots is a plus. - Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into functional designs. - Ability to manage priorities across multiple workstreams in a consulting environment. - Understanding of Life Cycle Services, DevOps and good consulting practices. - Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Management, Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems or Information Technology is a plus - Current certification a plus (Microsoft Dynamics 365 and others), or the ability to obtain after joining within 90 days of employment.
