ON DAY ONE, WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE: - 8+ years of experience in technical sales or solution engineering, with a proven track record of managing large-scale, complex accounts. - Experience managing direct reports or leading cross-functional technical teams through influence and collaboration. - Exceptional ability to act as a trusted advisor to C-suite technical stakeholders, translating complex technical roadmaps into business value. - Mastery of the Snowflake Cloud Data Platform and a broad understanding of the data ecosystem, including Data Lake, Mesh, and AI/ML integration. - The ability to navigate different regional markets and cultures to ensure a unified technical approach for the client. - A collaborative spirit that thrives in high-pressure, high-reward environments where technical and commercial success go hand-in-hand. Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake. How do you want to make your impact?
