• Design and build voice AI systems for real-time, conversational user experiences • Develop and maintain AI orchestration layers, including agent workflows, state management, and system handoffs • Architect and improve workflows across speech-to-text, LLM reasoning, tool calling, and text-to-speech • Think through tradeoffs in conversation design, prompt design, tool architecture, latency, and turn-taking • Build systems that handle ambiguity, interruptions, edge cases, and real-world voice interaction challenges • Write clean, tested, production-ready Python across APIs, services, and orchestration code • Design data pipelines that capture, transform, and surface insights from patient and member interactions • Partner on technical direction and help shape how Blooming Health builds and deploys voice-based AI products

• Provide technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environment, high-level functional systems analysis and data flows, design, integration, documentation and implementation advice on moderately complex problems that require an appropriate level of knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation. • Apply principles, methods and knowledge of the functional area of capability to specific task order requirements, advanced mathematical principles and methods to exceptionally difficult and narrowly defined technical problems in engineering and other scientific applications to arrive at automated solutions. • Assist other senior consultants with analysis and evaluation and with the preparation of recommendations for system improvements, optimization, development, and/or maintenance efforts in the following specialties: information systems architecture, cloud strategy and modernization planning, networking, telecommunications, automation, communications protocols, risk management/electronic analysis, software lifecycle management, software development methodologies, and modeling and simulation. • Analyze current and future-state environments and advise leadership on modernization opportunities and technical risks. • Support business capability mapping and technology investment alignment.

• Improve scaling solution which can cover cases of thousands of clusters and applications • Ensure our platform is compliant with security standards e.g. role-based identity (SPIRE/SPIFFE) and certifications like e.g. FedRamp • Participate on the new architecture design from scratch on standardization of observability for the whole company (greenfield project) • Ensure our platform can provide seamless upgrade for the heavy stateful workload running on top of it • Implementing new features to our APIs, K8s operators and tooling
