• Plans, organizes, monitors, and oversees projects utilizing cross functional teams to deliver defined requirements and meet company strategic objectives • Manage the full project life cycle including requirements gathering, creation of project plans and schedules, obtaining and managing resources, managing budget, and facilitating project execution, deployment, and closure • Utilize corporate and industry standard project management tools and techniques to effectively manage projects • Assist with establishment and maintenance of corporate project management methodology and other department procedures • Maintain detailed project documentation including meeting minutes, action items, issues lists, and risk management plans • Effectively communicate project status to all stakeholders • Negotiate with project stakeholders to identify resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks • Coordinate cross-functional meetings with various functional areas to meet overall stakeholder expectations and company's objectives • Provide functional and technical knowledge across multiple business and technical areas • Monitor the creation of all project deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards including design documents, test plans, training materials, and operations documentation • Create and communicate project milestone documents, dashboards, ROI tables, and departmental success metrics

• Manage day-to-day operations and ensure the success of client projects. • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring effective management of resources, timelines, and communication. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. • Establish a trusted advisory relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors. • Own the customer experience throughout the project lifecycle, providing proactive updates and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Work directly with the sales, support, and accounting teams to coordinate and gather information about potential and existing clients. • Serve as the liaison between internal teams (Sales, Installation, Support, Accounting), vendors, and the client to ensure the project is moving forward smoothly. • Attend sales meetings to gather Knowledge Transfer and relay information for part ordering to the installation and support teams. • Monitor account health and identify potential issues or opportunities.

• Review sales documentation, develop project plans, organize project resources, manage client relationships, and deliver successful projects. • Proven ability to plan, organize, drive, and fully execute on simultaneous multi-phase projects from end to end. • After the contract is executed, manage and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget for our education partners. • Coordinate with and manage solutions consultants, technical implementation managers, product management, relationship management, engineering support, and third-parties/vendors to develop project scope and plans, and client objectives all while gauging technical feasibility. • Effectively manage client expectations, project risk levels, and communication across internal and external stakeholders. • Provide accurate, timely, and detailed weekly status updates to management, including progress against the project plan, timeline changes, risks, issues, and upcoming milestones. • Work in collaboration with various internal departments to identify needed improvements, recommend solutions, and escalate items to Director/VP as appropriate.

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of multiple digital and technology projects for federal government clients. • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and project documentation. • Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and daily standups. • Monitor project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies while proactively communicating project status. • Partner with technical leads and cross-functional teams to coordinate work and ensure high-quality delivery. • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders by providing clear communication, thoughtful guidance, and exceptional service. • Facilitate client meetings and prepare meeting summaries, status reports, and project deliverables. • Support contract execution by managing deliverables, scope changes, and project documentation aligned with Statements of Work (SOWs). • Collaborate with the Growth team on project estimates, proposals, and follow-on opportunities when appropriate. • Contribute to continuous improvements in delivery processes, project operations, and team collaboration.
