Tax Support Associate

Check

• Own tax notice issues end-to-end across any federal, state, or local agency • Communicate directly with partners about what’s happening with their notices or tax accounts • Be the direct point of contact with agencies • Recognize when patterns across notices that may point to a larger systemic issue

Job Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in payroll tax, tax operations, compliance, or notice resolution
  • Genuine comfort on the phone with tax agencies and in writing to partners
  • Experience with federal (IRS/SSA), state, and local agencies
  • Organized and methodical
  • A curiosity for the edge cases
