• Manage end-to-end delivery of SRE programs, including incident management, release management, observability, automation, and capacity planning, to support system reliability and performance • Coordinate work across teams of software engineers, SREs, DevOps teams, and stakeholders to align on priorities, resolve blockers, and track technical deliverables, timelines, and dependencies • Prepare status updates, dashboards, and reports that highlight program status, milestones, challenges, and outcomes for stakeholders and leadership • Partner with Incident Commanders to support post-incident reviews, help drive root cause analysis, and track preventive measures to minimize downtime and improve system resilience • Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders, translating technical details into business impact
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in the High-Tech Industry, including 5+ years of experience in technical program management or site reliability engineering (SRE) supporting SRE platform and infrastructure for SaaS products and services
- Experience managing technically complex programs involving 25+ team members, with a demonstrated ability to deliver under deadlines
- Experience presenting program plans and updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Experience with SRE principles, including observability, incident response, and infrastructure automation
- Experience with distributed systems, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible), and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
- Experience building dashboards and taking a data-driven approach to projects
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project) and agile/scrum frameworks
- Experience managing competing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; or equivalent experience

Role Description The School of Medical Imaging and Therapeutics seeks an adjunct faculty member to deliver high quality learning experiences and education for students in the MRI Program. The selected candidate will have responsibilities teaching online courses to Undergraduate and professional students. Subject matters may include MRI production, procedures and quality. - Delivers didactic instruction via an asynchronous online format in the MRI Bachelor of Science and the Advanced Certificate Programs in various subjects. - Provides students with an approved syllabus that includes: - Course objectives and learning outcomes - Teaching methodology - Attendance policies in line with those of the School - Texts and readings - Assignments and deliverables - Timelines and evaluation criteria - Provides engaging assignments that demonstrate the real-world applications of concepts covered. - Uses the University’s learning management system to post syllabus, lectures, assignments and other materials and to communicate with students. - Advises and assists students through office hours or scheduled appointments, by videoconference, phone or email, and through other University-approved mechanisms. - Provides service including student mentoring, ongoing course development, and assessment. - Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the supervisor. Role Description The Network Program Manager will play a critical leadership role in establishing and scaling regulatory adherence capabilities for the Medicaid line of business within Network Relations. This is a highly visible, build from the ground up opportunity requiring the design, development and execution of new processes, operating models and implementation frameworks to support Medicaid regulatory requirements with a focus on pharmacy network operations and network pricing. This role will serve as a strategic partner across Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Pricing, Network Operations, and Account Management teams to define how regulatory requirements are interpreted, operationalized, and sustained within a complex and evolving Medicaid landscape.
