• Collaborate with the existing Training & Consultancy Manager and the wider professional services team on customer and internal projects • Deliver high quality training on our software products • Support the professional services function in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue results • Generate leads for professional services (from existing customers), nurture and close sales • Collaborate with other departments to align professional services with product offerings and customer needs. • Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings, ensuring they meet the evolving demands of customers and/or market. • Align with KPI’s set for the Professional Services team and actively contribute to meeting targets.

• Serve as a product expert, providing educators with implementation strategies tailored to their unique classroom needs • Partner with school and district leaders to plan and deliver virtual and in-person professional development that supports a successful IXL implementation • Travel to facilitate in-person professional development sessions to schools and districts – up to 60% possible travel during back-to-school season and up to 40% the remainder of the year • Set up, host, and present at regional IXL Live events, working closely with our events team to ensure a seamless and engaging experience • Collaborate with the sales team to support schools piloting IXL • Partner with customer success and sales team members to effectively manage and grow customer relationships

• Teach the curriculum of the school on the district virtual platform. • Attend district PD + faculty meetings, record student progress, and partner with an in-class facilitator who is physically in class with students. • Promote creativity and excitement in the virtual learning environment. • Create strategies to engage and nurture student learning and student relationships. • Create lesson plans aligned with the class curriculum. • Keep track of student grades and performance.
