• Design, customize, and enhance Oracle Retail Xstore POS applications. • Develop and maintain solutions using Java, XML, SQL, and Oracle technologies. • Integrate Oracle Xstore with enterprise applications and third-party systems through APIs and web services. • Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions. • Support testing, deployment, and release management activities. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions. • Participate in code reviews and ensure development follows best practices. • Maintain technical documentation and support ongoing application enhancements.

• Program tables, figures and listings and derived datasets according to the request description. • Perform quality control checks and complete quality control documentation for programming plans, specifications, outputs/derived datasets. • Perform other reasonable programming tasks as requested by management. • Follow appropriate Project Management procedures. • Communicate effectively with OR team. • Provide input to improvements to processes, procedures and standards. • Support the training and development of other programmers.

• Develop an understanding of Roblox moderation rules and guidelines • Identify and engage with potential partners within the developer community to build and maintain a strong partnership pipeline • Plan and execute online and offline community events, workshops, and initiatives that inspire and connect developers across regions. • Manage programs from initial concept through successful completion, setting clear goals, tracking milestones, and measuring outcomes. • Support translation and localization efforts to ensure programs, communications, and resources are accessible and culturally relevant to global audiences. • Follow established team processes while identifying opportunities to refine and improve workflows.
