• Develop and maintain customizations using the Acumatica Customization Project Editor, including custom screens, business logic, and workflows • Design and build custom screens tailored to client-specific business processes, ensuring alignment with Acumatica framework best practices • Create, modify, and maintain reports using Report Designer, Generic Inquiries (GI), and Analytical Reports to support operational and financial reporting needs • Extend and customize Acumatica DACs (Data Access Classes), Graphs (BLC), and BQL queries as needed to support custom functionality • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to existing customizations and integrations • Collaborate with functional consultants to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications • Perform code reviews, testing, and quality assurance on customizations prior to deployment • Support version upgrades by ensuring customizations remain compatible with new Acumatica releases • Document technical designs, customizations, and configuration changes for internal knowledge base and client reference • Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams on Acumatica capabilities and best practices

• Own the overall solution architecture for Acumatica ERP implementations and enhancements. • Design and define the system's entity structure, chart of accounts, and overall data architecture. • Evaluate business requirements and determine the best-fit Acumatica modules to meet operational and financial needs. • Make strategic decisions on when to leverage standard Acumatica configuration versus custom development. • Ensure solution designs align with business goals, industry best practices, and Acumatica capabilities. • Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, project managers, and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. • Review solution designs and provide architectural guidance to ensure scalability, security, and long-term maintainability. • Identify integration requirements with third-party applications and ensure seamless system interoperability. • Provide technical leadership during solution planning, implementation, testing, and deployment. • Serve as the trusted advisor for clients on ERP architecture, process optimization, and digital transformation initiatives. • Stay current with Acumatica product enhancements and recommend improvements that maximize platform capabilities.

• Conduct discovery sessions with business stakeholders to understand existing processes, pain points, and future goals • Document detailed functional requirements and system design specifications • Configure and customize NetSuite to align with business processes, including setting up fields, forms, custom records, workflows (SuiteFlow), roles, permissions, and dashboards • Lead or support full-lifecycle NetSuite implementations • Assist with data migration strategies, data cleansing, and mapping from legacy systems into NetSuite • Design and execute functional test plans, user acceptance testing (UAT) scripts, and regression testing to ensure system integrity and accuracy • Create user training documentation and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure smooth system adoption • Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot functional issues, and recommend continuous improvements or new module adoptions to maximize ERP ROI
