Attorneys local to Austin, TX are expected to work in-office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. - Assist with and lead aspects of U.S. trademark and copyright litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions practice, hearings, pretrial, and trial - Handle TTAB (Trademark Trial and Appeal Board) proceedings, including oppositions and cancellations - Draft pleadings and motions, conduct legal research, and assist with managing case strategy - Manage document collection, review, and production - Manage written discovery requests and responses - Assist with depositions and deposition preparation, including taking and defending depositions - Interface directly with clients, providing practical and business-minded advice on legal strategies and ongoing matters Qualifications - J.D. from an accredited law school with an active state bar license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction - 2–5 years of civil litigation experience within a law firm setting, including at least some federal civil litigation experience. Job Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school with an active state bar license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
