Job Description

Team Lead – Digital Transformation

OutSystems

• Own products end-to-end: From problem discovery to launch to adoption. • You translate business problems into product decisions, prioritize ruthlessly, and measure success by adoption and outcomes - not delivery dates. • Co-lead with the business: Every product here has two leaders - you on the product and technical side, a business counterpart on the outcomes side. • Partner closely with UX: Design is embedded in how we build, not a handoff. • Lead the team: Engineers report to you. Set clear expectations, give honest feedback, grow their autonomy, and keep the delivery rhythm sharp. • Ship responsibly: You make sure what we build is scalable, secure and compliant by design - partnering with Architecture, Legal and Privacy as part of shipping, not as an afterthought. • Shape the AI agents: You help build the prompts, the logic, and the data behind the agent, and you weigh in on model selection, orchestration, grounding, and token cost.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years in product management or digital product delivery, with hands-on experience shipping AI or automation products
  • Strong product craft: discovery, prioritization, roadmaps, and the discipline to say no
  • Proven people leadership: you have led, coached and grown a team
  • Sharp stakeholder skills: you can align Sales leadership, a designer and an engineer in the same week, and communicate clearly in English at every level
  • Bias to action: you build proofs of concept, not slide decks about proofs of concept
  • Comfortable with ambiguity: priorities shift, and you re-plan without drama
  • Nice to have: Hands-on experience with LLM-based tools and agent frameworks, Salesforce ecosystem knowledge (CRM, revenue operations), GTM understanding, experience in B2B software, Technical fluency

Benefits

  • Real growth opportunities. We don't just talk about development; we invest in it through structured programs designed to scale your expertise.
  • Joining OutSystems means stepping onto a high-growth rocket ship that combines the fearless agility of a startup with the sophisticated, global foundation of an enterprise powerhouse.
  • A global collective of world-class talent, where you’ll collaborate with enterprise software legends and sought-after thought leaders.
  • OutSystems nurtures an inclusive culture where talented individuals from all backgrounds are empowered to learn, experiment and make an impact.
  • We are committed to building a team as global and diverse as the organizations we serve, ensuring every individual can perform to their full potential.
