Qualifications - 6+ years of senior program or operations management experience in healthcare, digital health, care operations, or similarly complex, cross-functional environments. - Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives with competing priorities. - Comfortable partnering with senior care and operations leaders, influencing without direct authority. - Proven ability to translate ambiguous, evolving care needs into structured operational processes. - Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, venture-backed environments strongly preferred. - Experience partnering with C-suite or VP-level clinical leaders as an operational thought partner. - PMP certification or equivalent is a plus; clinical background is not required but the ability to quickly learn care settings is essential.
