• Validate contract accuracy: Review executed contracts for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company standards, identifying missing information, inconsistencies, or potential compliance concerns. • Maintain contract records: Extract and document key terms, pricing structures, renewal provisions, service commitments, amendments, renewals, extensions, and terminations throughout the contract lifecycle. • Administer contract data: Maintain and update the company’s contract database and related reporting systems, ensuring data is entered accurately and supported by organized electronic files. • Support data quality and governance: Perform routine audits, quality control reviews, historical data management, and process updates that improve database integrity, accessibility, and reporting capabilities. • Analyze and report insights: Analyze contract, pricing, and revenue-related data using Excel and SQL; create reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to identify trends, discrepancies, business opportunities, and contract performance metrics. • Improve workflows and technology use: Use AI-powered tools to extract and structure contract data, reduce manual processing, recommend enhancements to templates and reporting tools, and document SOPs and best practices. • Partner cross-functionally: Work with Legal, Sales, Procurement, Pricing, Accounting, and Operations to support accurate contract administration, respond to inquiries and data requests, and assist with audits and compliance initiatives.

• Hydraulic and Hydrologic Modelling: Perform hydraulic and hydrologic analyses using tools such as HEC-RAS (1D/2D), SWMM-based software, GIS environments, and other relevant software to evaluate river stability, floodplain inundation, and aquatic habitat suitability. • Floodplain Mapping & Risk Assessment: Prepare floodplain maps and complete flood and erosion hazard assessments to support municipal planning, infrastructure design, and watershed management. • River Restoration: Support the planning and design of river restoration, bank stabilization, erosion protection, fish habitat enhancement, bioengineering, and hazard mitigation projects. • Engineering Support: Prepare engineering cost estimates, specifications, tender documents, and collaborate with CAD technicians to produce design drawings. • Field Data Collection: Conduct field assessments and RTK GPS surveys to support floodplain mapping, river restoration, and geomorphic assessments. • Construction Monitoring: Support construction observation and post-construction monitoring for water resources projects to ensure compliance and success. • Climate Impact Assessment: Analyze the effects of climate change on engineering presentations, and supporting materials for clients, regulators, and project stakeholders. • Technical Reporting: Prepare technical reports, engineering documentation, and presentations for stakeholders. • Proposal Development: Assist with preparing project scopes, schedules, and engineering cost estimates to support proposal submissions. • Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams of engineers, geomorphologists, biologists, ecologists, GIS specialists, and environmental scientists to deliver practical, innovative water resources solutions.
