Role Description We are currently seeking skilled Software Engineers (Python) to join our dynamic team and work closely with one of our inspiring US clients! Our client is revolutionizing the asset-based lending industry by providing infrastructure that unlocks speed, efficiency, and accuracy for borrowers and lenders. Their platform processes over $18 billion in transactions annually across the ABS and BL markets, delivering cutting-edge solutions to transform the lending experience. Qualifications - 4+ years of experience as a backend software engineer, with a strong focus on Python (Flask) for writing accurate, flexible, and production-ready code. - Proficiency in working with PostgreSQL and familiarity with other database systems. - Experience in frontend development using React. - Strong knowledge of Git for version control. - Familiarity with SQL for basic data queries and analysis. - Nice-to-have: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for additional data handling and analysis. - Proven ability to embrace rapid prototyping within a tight customer feedback loop. - Demonstrated interest in taking ownership of major initiatives and driving them to completion. - Effective team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple teams. - Excited to learn and improve through feedback from team members. - Comfortable working with a certain level of autonomy in a dynamic environment. Requirements - Own and manage the customer onboarding process, understand customer needs, and ensure accurate system integration. - Drive process improvement by developing best practices and identifying opportunities to enhance onboarding efficiency and customer satisfaction. - Oversee multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high levels of customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with clients on specific configurations and customizations to meet their unique needs. - Manage and execute development tasks related to onboarding new clients, leveraging a modern tech stack including Python/Flask, NextJS/React, and Tailwind CSS.
