Role Description We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA Automation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality and performance of our web applications by designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Playwright and Selenium. The ideal candidate brings strong technical proficiency, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for quality engineering in Agile and DevOps environments. - Develop and maintain robust automated test scripts using Playwright and Selenium. - Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA team members to ensure comprehensive test coverage. - Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and deployment. - Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing of web applications. - Identify, log, and track software defects, and work with teams to resolve issues. - Analyze test results, report defects, and provide insights for product quality improvements. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 5+ years of hands-on experience in QA automation. - Proven expertise in both Playwright and Selenium. - Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or C#. - Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, JUnit, or PyTest. - Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI). - Solid understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

• Work with world-class interposer engineers to design and develop VLSI flows and methodologies for interposer design • Develop applications to enable project engineers with an emphasis on maintainability and ease of use • Develop flows/tools and methodologies to construct, analyze, and validate interposer designs • Optimize the daily workflows of the world's top interposer designers

• Design, build, and deploy Tier Zero self-service capabilities, including virtual agents, AI-powered chatbots, and automated troubleshooting tools that resolve incidents and service requests without human intervention. • Implement intelligent routing logic that directs incidents and service requests to the right resolution path based on issue type, user context, and historical patterns. • Deploy and maintain AI-powered predictive maintenance tools that detect hardware and software issues proactively, reducing unplanned downtime for end users. • Design and maintain Tier Zero knowledge repositories, including automated content refresh, analytics-driven gap identification, and integration with ITSM ticketing systems. • Build automation workflows using low-code and pro-code tools, including Power Automate and similar platforms, to streamline repetitive processes across IT operations. • Integrate virtual agents and automation tools with existing ITSM platforms to ensure seamless escalation to human technicians when Tier Zero resolution fails. • Track and report on Tier Zero performance metrics, including deflection rate, chatbot resolution success rate, and end-user satisfaction, and use that data to drive continuous improvement. • Coordinate with the Service Desk Manager and cloud/platform engineering teams to align automation builds with operational priorities and platform governance requirements. • Ensure all Tier Zero and AI-enabled tools meet Section 508 and WCAG accessibility standards before deployment. • Document automation architectures, configuration baselines, and runbooks so solutions can be maintained , extended, and handed off effectively.

• Design, develop, and maintain internal applications, dashboards, reporting solutions, process automations, and administrative tools. • Build scalable solutions that improve internal workflows and reduce manual effort. • Gather requirements from stakeholders, recommend practical solutions, and deliver iterative improvements based on user feedback. • Continuously improve existing applications to support evolving business needs. • Build and maintain integrations between HubSpot, NetSuite, DealHub, Avalara, and Drupal-based sites and applications. • Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and related technologies. • Ensure reliable data flows and system interoperability across business platforms. • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues while maintaining data integrity. • Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Gemini, or equivalent technologies to accelerate software development. • Design, build, and maintain AI-powered agents and automations that enhance internal business processes. • Evaluate opportunities to apply AI responsibly, balancing innovation with reliability, security, and data privacy. • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established development best practices. • Collaborate closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into functional software solutions. • Work independently in a fully remote environment while contributing effectively to team initiatives. • Participate in continuous improvements to development practices, architecture, and internal tooling.
