Business Development Representative

• Identify potential clients and develop relationships through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods • Conduct thorough research on potential clients and their needs to tailor sales pitches and proposals • Actively seek out and attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our services and generate leads • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue • Maintain a strong understanding of the landscaping industry and our services to effectively communicate with potential clients • Provide excellent customer service and follow-up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and build long-term relationships • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify potential opportunities for business growth • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the landscaping industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, while also being a team player
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
  • Willingness to travel for industry events and meetings, as needed
  • Must be located in Tucker, Georgia or surrounding areas
