The candidate will provide traffic engineering support for the Traffic Engineering Studies Section, which includes: - Developing neighborhood traffic calming treatments on residential roadways. - Enhancing pedestrian safety by implementing traffic engineering treatments near schools and within school walking boundaries/walksheds. - Advancing traffic calming improvements to reduce/eliminate serious injury and fatal crashes along all County-maintained roadways, in support of the County's Vision Zero goals.
