This role is ideal for a mid-level designer with 3–5 years of experience who is eager to take ownership, bring fresh perspective, and help evolve and modernize an established brand in a competitive market. - Design and produce high-quality marketing assets across digital and print channels, including: - Website graphics and landing pages - Campaign visuals for email, social, paid media, and events - Sales enablement materials such as presentations, one-pagers, case studies, blog posts, and ebooks - Partner closely with Marketing to evolve and modernize Modo's visual identity while maintaining brand consistency - Provide design support for customers and demo/showcase apps using Modo's software platform - Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, sales, and content stakeholders to translate concepts into effective visual solutions - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines and business impact - Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining strong design judgment - Prepare, distribute, save, and organize final assets for media - Leverage AI-assisted design and creative tools to accelerate concepting, iteration, and production - Continuously explore and recommend new tools, workflows, and technologies (including AI) to improve efficiency, creativity, and speed to market Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Equivalent training or experience may be substituted - 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience required - Experience in B2B, SaaS marketing environments preferred - Experience in supporting both marketing and product design is a plus - Strong visual design skills with a modern, digital/mobile-first sensibility - Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma) - Solid understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy - Experience designing for websites, campaigns, and marketing funnels - Ability to work independently, while being open to mentorship and collaboration - Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills - Comfort operating in a fast-paced, competitive B2B environment - Experience using AI-powered design, image generation, or creative automation tools to enhance workflows and explore new creative approaches to getting work done - Curiosity and proficiency to learn new tools Benefits - Attractive compensation package including equity: The base hiring range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 - Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, & disability insurance coverage offered for you and your loved ones - 401k Retirement Plan: 50% match on the first 6% of total compensation - Remote Team: We promote flexible working wherever we can, so whether you prefer to be fully remote or in an office, the choice is yours - Generous Time Off: Take the time you need, when you need it, plus 12 company holidays - Parental Leave: 12 weeks of paid leave following a child's birth, adoption, or foster care placement following one year of service - Quarterly Stipend: $500 per quarter stipend to cover Internet, mobile phone, office parking, office transportation, office equipment, technology hardware (excluding laptop), etc. Company Description
