Insurance Apps Product Analyst

• Configure new CPI/LPI and Tracking lenders within Unitrac per the specifics of each unique lender • Support department leaders in improving metrics while achieving operational excellence • Partner with Development Team on loan and collateral tracking system enhancements and bug fixes • Research and analyze service agreements, needs analysis, and meeting summaries to capture requirements needed to create and configure new CPI/LPI and Tracking lenders within Unitrac • Collaborate with Implementation Managers, Client Experience Account Managers, and Loan File Analysts to investigate and direct data transformation projects • Lead the product analysis calls to review configuration of new lenders prior to loan files being imported • Process incoming help desk tickets related to notice timing changes, notice template changes, report changes, configuration, and general lender updates • Identify and present solutions and suggestions to department leadership to improve or enhance current systems • Participate in self and group training to ensure a thorough comprehension of CPI/LPI Compliance as it relates to vehicle, mortgage, and commercial real estate • Take on special projects for compliance updates spanning all lenders, changes to systems from QA, new Unitrac enhancements, etc. • Troubleshoot lender set ups scenarios brought forward from Client Experience Account Manager / CRRM teams • Process General Change Forms submitted by CPFM for vehicle & mortgage portfolios, update Unitrac, and validate changes • Collaborate with carriers on master policy set up issues • Set up new carriers in Unitrac based on carrier filings and new CPI offerings • Verify accuracy of forms and report inconsistencies between system and requested changes to CPFM staff • Send appropriate information to CPI/LPI carriers for the creation of endorsements to master policies • Update/add CPI/LPI carriers Add/change rates, cancellation methods within the loan, and collateral tracking system • Generate month end files for CPI/LPI carriers and assist with any issues that may occur • Partner with legal and compliance on tax corrections or changes for LPI

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of directly related work experience required
  • Ability to manage multiple highly visible projects
  • Proven ability to create and drive strategies to prevent and resolve client issues
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients, management, and peers
  • Effective cross-department communication with strong attention to detail
  • Adaptable to change and ability to make independent decisions
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a responsible manner
  • Sound decision making and critical thinking skills
  • Expert organization, time management, and prioritization skills
