Regional Sales Manager
Core & Main
• Call on end product users to promote new and existing product lines and develop favorable specification position • Provide complete service to established distributor network including: quotations, product training, technical and literary support, product complaint, inventory maintenance, and delivery issues • Perform product training for end users and distributors to promote advantages of offered products and enhance specification position • Establish sales goals and specification objectives to meet company sales budget • Identify significant bid opportunities and provide complete project information, including price strategy • Provide after sale service support, including warranty and claims management • Actively participate in trade organizations to promote offered products • Provide leadership with monthly sales forecast and market overview
Job Requirements
- A minimum of five (5) years outside sales experience in the water distribution industry or related field (construction, piping, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license with no major violations
- Ability to routinely travel 50% of work schedule (estimated 3-4 days/week of travel with one office day)
- Ability to cover large geographical sales territory
- Intermediate computer experience with particular proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint programs
- High level of outgoing interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Must be able to lift in excess of 40 lbs. to maneuver products during demonstrations
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business, engineering, or communications-related field.

• Act as a Salesforce Functional Analyst, serving as the link between business areas, clients and technical teams. • Elicit, analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements. • Translate business needs into functional solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on Sales Cloud. • Support the definition of solutions involving customer service processes, automations and digital journeys. • Specify functional requirements for Bots in Salesforce (Einstein Bot) and other service automation solutions. • Support initiatives involving Agentforce, contributing to improvements in agent productivity. • Produce documentation such as user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria and functional specifications. • Support the technical team during development by clarifying questions and ensuring adherence to requirements. • Participate in functional testing, user acceptance and support for go-live. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (development, QA, architecture, product, among others). • Work directly with clients to gather, understand and refine requirements, leading functional discussions and proposing solutions aligned with business objectives and the technical capabilities of the platform.
• Design, develop and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and, when necessary, Visualforce, following development and architectural best practices. • Define and evolve data modeling (objects, fields and relationships), ensuring performance, scalability and governance. • Configure and evolve Salesforce Field Service solutions, including Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Resources, Service Territories and Maintenance Plans, aligned with field operations. • Configure and evolve the scheduling and dispatch model (Scheduling Policies, Work Rules and Service Objectives), providing technical support for the use of the Dispatcher Console and the mobile app by field technicians. • Develop and optimize automations with Flow, including process orchestration and replacement of legacy solutions. • Configure and maintain security and access control models (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules and Role Hierarchy), ensuring compliance with corporate standards. • Work on building and evolving business solutions, ensuring alignment with functional and technical requirements. • Design and implement integrations with external systems, consuming and exposing APIs (REST/SOAP), ensuring security, resilience and governance. • Support the definition of technical architecture, promoting best practices, reuse of components and code quality. • Write unit tests, ensuring adequate coverage and reliability of delivered solutions. • Conduct code reviews, identify improvements and support the technical development of other team members. • Document technical and functional solutions in a clear and structured manner. • Work in agile teams, participating in refinement, estimation and solution definition.
