• Lead and manage software conversion projects, including planning, organizing, and executing all implementation activities. • Develop detailed implementation plans and timelines to meet key milestones and successfully complete projects. • Coordinate and manage project resources, including personnel and equipment, to ensure successful execution. • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, schedule, and resource requirements. • Oversee PBS training programs delivered to clients, ensuring content is current, effective, and aligned with project objectives. • Provide ongoing support to address any training-related challenges. • Track and oversee data conversion plans to migrate information from the client’s current system to PBS Systems’ DMS. • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security throughout the conversion process. • Troubleshoot and resolve any data-related issues. • Set up and maintain integrations with third-party systems (e.g., CRM platforms, other DMS vendors, and related software). • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth system integration and optimal operation. • Maintain regular communication with dealerships, internal teams, and other stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, risks, and issues. • Prepare and present weekly project status reports, performance metrics, and other required documentation. • Identify and mitigate risks or issues that may arise during implementation. • Identify and resolve any situations occurring during implementation. • Document implementation processes and procedures to facilitate future support and follow-up. • Obtain at least one PBS Systems product certification during the first year of employment.

• You are the assistant to the sole director of IDAGIO Group and work with him daily. • Your job is to make sure none of the introductions, ideas, and commitments get lost. • You track every thread, follow up with every party, and hold everyone to agreed deadlines, including the director. • Beyond that, you coordinate selected projects across the Group's Berlin companies, working with their Managing Directors. • You keep an up-to-date overview of status, owners, and next steps at all times. • Maintain deadlines and flag slipping dates early. • Prepare agendas, briefings, and follow-ups for meetings. • Maintain trackers and status summaries.
