Role Description Great member experiences don't happen by accident—they're thoughtfully coordinated by people who care. As our Member Success Coordinator , you'll be the driving force behind every member's journey, ensuring they feel welcomed, supported, and set up for success from day one. From coordinating seamless onboarding to preparing engaging events and maintaining efficient systems, you'll combine exceptional organization with genuine relationship-building to create an experience that members remember for all the right reasons. If you enjoy bringing order to complexity, building meaningful connections, and making every interaction count, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate end-to-end member onboarding and transition processes. - Deliver member orientation and onboarding sessions. - Maintain accurate CRM records and member data. - Set up and manage member collaboration platforms. - Prepare members for quarterly programs, workshops, and events. - Coordinate travel, accommodation, and event logistics. - Follow up on onboarding documentation and member readiness. - Support facilitators with session preparation and administrative requirements. - Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and operational records. - Monitor member communications and ensure timely follow-up. - Identify opportunities to improve workflows, templates, and operational processes. - Build positive relationships with members throughout their journey. Qualifications - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Administration, Customer Success, Member Services, Operations Coordination, or Client Services. - Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar systems. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - High attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to work independently and take initiative. - Proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools. Preferred Qualifications - Experience working within membership organizations. - Experience in professional services. - Experience supporting coaching businesses. - Experience coordinating events or workshops. - Experience managing customer communities. - Experience improving administrative processes and operational workflows.
