Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, account management, or a related role.
- Strong background in managing client-facing projects from initiation to delivery.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-changing environments.
- Proficiency with project management and CRM tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, Salesforce).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is a plus.

Role Description The Project Controls Analyst (PCA) is responsible for coordinating the Project Team in the preparation and set-up of the Budget, Cost Control, Cost reporting, and Change Management. He is responsible for the timely update of the Cost Control System and all cost-related tools, as well as variance analysis, progress tracking, and change management of their assigned project.
