Role Description The Credentialing Representative supports provider credentialing across multiple markets by managing end-to-end data entry, provider file preparation and system loading within MD Staff and related credentialing platforms. The position conducts audits, identifying process improvements and independently resolving complex issues. The role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate, compliant credentialing operations. • Serve as a Cabin Service Representative for a Signature Account under Part 91 and Part 135. • Menu planning and sourcing of catering from restaurants, caterers and retailers. • Purchasing and stocking of aircraft supplies and passenger requested items. • Performs pre-flight and post-flight checks of cabin and galley equipment. • Reports any cabin and galley equipment issues to PIC's for maintenance servicing. • Ensures the aircraft is clean and in immaculate condition. • Ensuring the company’s procedures for safety, security and service standards are met. • Complies with safe food handling procedures at all times. • Provides fine-dining onboard service, meeting each client’s preferences, with the intention of surpassing expectations. • Arranges cleaning services for cabin linens and dish-ware. • Organizes the storage and tracking of all service items left with FBO’s. • Completing and submitting of flight reports. • Actively participates in the safety management system. • Performs reconciliation of company credit card transactions and ensures accuracy and compliance with company policies. • Reads and acknowledges all company communications in a timely manner. • Follows all company protocol and procedures. • Adhere to Planet 9’s operation policies, safety procedures, and regulatory standards by completing required training and maintaining compliance across all assigned duties. • Adapt to evolving priorities by performing additional tasks or projects as needed to support team and organization goals while aligning with evolving needs of the Signature account.

Role Description The Eligibility Senior Representative performs specialized patient access functions requiring an advanced understanding of insurance benefits and processes to successfully communicate with Payers, Pharma, Physicians, and Patients. Relies on experience and knowledge of industry best practices to communicate knowledge of pending referrals that may have an adverse impact on the patient experience. This individual can proactively recognize trends, identify and clarify patients’ needs, and work towards solutions. - Facilitate cross-functional resolution of drug coverage issues & proactively address, research & resolve issues impacting referral turn-around time. - Independently resolve basic patient claims issues using key subject matter knowledge. - Prepare and review claims to ensure accuracy to payer requirements, including but not limited to codes, dates, and authorizations. - Effectively collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues or provide any needed information, always using professional communication. - Contact benefit providers to gather policy benefits/limitations. - Perform medical/pharmacy benefits verification requiring complex decision skills based on payer and process knowledge. - Complete other projects and additional duties as assigned. Qualifications - High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred. - At least 2+ years of related working experience. - Must have health care experience with medical insurance knowledge and terminology and experience in patient access. - Intermediate data entry skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office. - Excellent phone presentation and communication skills. - Demonstrated ability to handle professionally challenging customers. - Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make decisions with minimal supervision. - Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve issues with innovative solutions. - Prior Authorization experience.
