• Lead creation, definition, communication and execution of key USPS Engineering priorities aligned to USPS and Americas/WW Engineering priorities • Own the USPS Engineering operating calendar, including regular senior engineering leadership calls, DE/PE calls, SE Leader meetings and SE all-hands as examples • Ensure clear communication and timely execution of key activities and deadlines related to recognition, development, initiatives, etc. • Ensure SEs and SE Leaders are enabled with the tools, data and training to execute all core growth priorities and transformational initiatives • Maintain a pulse on the engineering organization • Act as a representative of the USPS Engineering organization in cross-functional forums • Lead key processes to align the USPS architecture teams with the portfolio team

• Collaborate with business and technology partners to prioritize and deliver on the security vision and strategy, with a strong focus on secure AI enablement • Design secure, scalable, and resilient solutions across AI/ML platforms, generative AI tools, and data ecosystems, proactively identifying integration risks and architectural gaps • Serve as a subject matter expert in AI security architecture, advising on topics such as model security, prompt injection risks, data leakage, and AI supply chain risks • Develop and implement security guardrails for enterprise AI usage, including data handling policies, access controls, model governance, and usage monitoring • Evaluate and assess third-party AI solutions and vendors, ensuring alignment with Blackbaud’s security standards and acceptable risk levels • Stay current on emerging technologies and threats, especially in AI/ML security, adversarial AI, and LLM vulnerabilities, and translate them into actionable strategies • Partner with engineering teams to integrate security controls into AI development pipelines (MLOps / LLMOps), including secure model deployment and runtime protections • Define and communicate current state vs. future state AI security architectures, driving roadmap development to mature enterprise AI security capabilities • Evangelize secure AI practices across the organization, helping establish a culture of responsible AI development and use • Contribute to security architecture reviews for AI-enabled initiatives, ensuring risk-based decision making without becoming a delivery bottleneck • Mentor and guide engineers and architects on secure design patterns for both traditional and AI-driven solutions.

• Define and evolve the solution architecture for the I2R value stream, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business strategy. • Drive innovative, AI-enabled solutions that drive scale, efficiency and transform our operations in the Implement to Renew space. • Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, Partner Ops, and Customer Success to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions with detailed roadmaps. • Lead architectural design of CRM, marketing automation, customer data platforms (CDPs), sales enablement tools, and analytics platforms. • Ensure architectural alignment across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) supporting the I2R value stream. • Measure and communicate the architectural impact on flow efficiency, quality, and the enablement of business outcomes (CAGR, Net unit expansion, etc…). • Guide teams in implementing event-driven architectures, real-time data pipelines, and API-first integrations. • Participate in PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt events to ensure architectural alignment and continuous improvement. • Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and data governance standards. • Promote Lean-Agile principles, DevSecOps, and continuous delivery practices across the value stream. • Enable end-to-end visibility and flow across marketing, sales, and customer data systems to improve decision-making and reduce time from idea to revenue. • Collaborate with other Solution and Enterprise Architects to ensure interoperability and architectural coherence across adjacent value streams.

• Define and evolve the solution architecture for the Payments Operations value stream, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business strategy. • Establish and maintain a long-term architectural roadmap supporting end-to-end payment lifecycles including authorization, settlement, reconciliation, refunds, chargebacks, and reporting. • Drive modernization using cloud-native, API-first, and event-driven architectures to improve scalability, resiliency, and observability. • Partner with Finance, Risk, Compliance, Product, and Engineering teams to translate business and regulatory requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions. • Lead architectural design across payment gateways, billing and invoicing platforms, ERP and general ledger integrations, and financial data pipelines. • Ensure architectural alignment and dependency management across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs). • Design highly available and fault-tolerant systems supporting mission-critical financial workflows with strict SLAs. • Guide teams in implementing auditable, idempotent transaction flows and real-time event processing. • Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks related to PCI DSS, SOX, fraud, data privacy, and financial compliance. • Participate in PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt events to ensure architectural alignment and continuous improvement. • Collaborate with Enterprise, Cyber, and Solution Architects to ensure interoperability across adjacent value streams.
