Role Description Are you a strong Customer Service/Financial Specialist with billing experience? Then consider a career with us, on our Financial Operations Billing Team! In this role, you will provide customer service support to our internal CSRs and junior team members for the Liberty Direct Billing Team, while playing a key part in the modernization of our billing operations and implementation of the new TOBE system. Schedule: - Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 8:00pm EST. - This is a closing shift role requiring availability up to 8:00pm EST. Key Responsibilities - Support the implementation and rollout of the new TOBE system, partnering with project teams to ensure smooth adoption and transition. - Analyze operational and financial reports to identify trends and support data-driven decision-making. - Provide exceptional customer service to internal CSRs and team members regarding Liberty Direct billing inquiries via phone and in writing. - Evaluate and make decisions on billing exceptions within department guidelines and system limitations. - Collect, compile, and analyze data from multiple financial systems, including external payment and transaction systems. - Mentor and coach junior team members on routine and policy-level issues. - Lead problem-solving sessions and drive a continuous improvement mindset; identify VOC and CI opportunities. - Handle complex email and report workflows and assist with production issues. - Exercise independent judgment on issues with significant departmental impact and anticipate prioritization needs. - Perform special projects and additional duties as assigned by management. Qualifications - High School diploma required, Associate's degree in Business or Accounting preferred. - Minimum 4 years of work experience. - Strong math, communication, and customer service skills. - Knowledge of Liberty Direct Systems, appetite to learn new systems including TOBE. - Ability to identify and resolve issues and present information clearly. - Proficiency in Microsoft tools. - Availability to work closing shifts up to 8:00pm EST. • Drive data strategy and data practices for how our databases work, scale and are used • Capacity planning and performance tuning of the database platforms • Carry out database related project work, such as writing migration scripts • Manage high risk data deployments and post-deploy monitoring • Assist development teams in a consultancy role for identifying risks and proposing solutions • Work with the data team and product teams to improve data operational engineering practices • Maintain awareness of trends and emerging technologies • Advocate for and apply DevOps and SRE principles across Wellness engineering teams • Grow and mentor other Data professionals

• Providing 1:1 coaching to Mento members through virtual sessions • Participating in ongoing training sessions to improve coaching abilities and skills • Communicating with members via Mento email or chat • Acting as an ambassador of the Mento community
