King Risk Partners, LLC is seeking a meticulous and tech-savvy Interface Specialist to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely while making a meaningful impact across our carrier partnerships and internal operations. - Manage and optimize carrier downloads within AMS360 - Oversee data conversions, maintain system integrity, and troubleshoot discrepancies - Collaborate with internal teams, carriers, and AMS360 support to streamline processes - Oversee and maintain carrier downloads into AMS360 to ensure accuracy and consistency - Manage data conversions, reconciling and migrating information between carriers and AMS360 - Monitor download logs, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues to maintain data integrity - Configure and maintain carrier download interfaces to enhance automation and efficiency - Ensure correct mapping of policy data fields from carrier downloads into AMS360 - Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to improve download processes - Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, carriers, and AMS360 support - Provide training and guidance to internal users on best practices - Generate performance and accuracy reports on carrier downloads - Maintain documentation of procedures, troubleshooting steps, and best practices - All other duties as assigned Qualifications - Experience with AMS360 carrier downloads and data conversions - Strong understanding of policy downloads, data mapping, and AMS360 setup - Analytical problem-solving abilities and independent work skills - Experience collaborating with carriers and internal stakeholders Requirements - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience - Minimum 3 years of experience in the insurance industry or software - Minimum 3 years of hands-on AMS360 experience Benefits - Medical Insurance - Dental Insurance - Vision Insurance - 401(k) with employer match - Short-Term Disability (employer paid) - Long-Term Disability (employer paid) - Life Insurance - Employee Assistance Program - Generous PTO Policy - Tuition Reimbursement - Employee Referral Program - Growth and advancement opportunities Company Description King Risk Partners, LLC is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. What you will bring (Basic Qualifications) - A high school diploma, GED, or similar educational equivalent or two years of relevant experience. What will make you stand out - You have Power Industry or Remote Inspection Experience. - You have a passion for working hands on in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision to provide on-site support for our customers globally. Eligibility Requirements - Must possess a valid driver’s license. - Must be 18 years old or older. - Availability to travel and work globally on short notice up to 80% of the time, and for extended periods of time, including weekends and holidays. - Must meet requirements to obtain unescorted access at nuclear sites and any other site or country access requirements. - Ability and willingness to work rotating shifts. - Ability to climb ladders and stairs - Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. - Ability to work at heights of 20 to 30 feet. - Ability to work in cramped, awkward positions for short periods of time.
