• Conduct in-depth research into how modern adversaries may evolve tradecraft to exploit or abuse generative AI tools, including LLMs, autonomous agents, and on-device assistants • Conduct hands-on research into adversarial prompting, jailbreak methods, tradecraft leveraging computer use agents and local models, and other AI-enabled attack vectors • Translate and implement research findings into actionable improvements for Origin’s products • Produce high-quality, public-facing security research content, including blog posts and conference talks • Stay abreast of cutting-edge offensive and defensive security techniques through continuous self-study and research • Serve as the subject matter expert in adversary tradecraft and security operations, supporting other business units on their projects as needed • Support other Researchers on the team with their research and actively engage in team-driven initiatives

• Lead technical execution across endpoint agent and backend services • Translate priorities and technical directions into clear plans • Turn architecture and design decisions into implementation plans • Manage, mentor, and develop engineers through coaching and feedback • Run an effective cadence for planning and retrospectives • Hold the team accountable for commitments and quality • Manage capacity, sequencing, and dependencies

• Own day-to-day accounting at Origin, including accounting for foreign subsidiaries (e.g., Canada, Israel, etc.), multi-currency consolidation and local tax compliance. • Partner with People Ops to ensure seamless payroll execution for international contractors and EOR (Employer of Record) employees. • Own and accelerate the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing process, ensuring GAAP-compliant financial statements. • Prepare and present monthly flash reports and board-level financial packages that highlight key KPIs, burn rate, and runway. • Lead the company through preparing for its first external audit. • Manage all domestic and international tax filings (VAT, GST, R&D tax credits). Where applicable, work for 3rd party tax advisors. • Evaluate and manage our ERP and other financial systems. • Design and implement robust internal controls to mitigate risk without sacrificing startup speed. • Streamline AP/AR, payroll, and expense management through automation tools. • Monitor daily cash balances and optimize treasury management. • Work closely with Department Heads to monitor budget vs. actuals and provide "sanity checks" on departmental spending.

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customer accounts, ensuring successful deployment and long-term satisfaction. • Lead product demonstrations, proof-of-value engagements, and technical workshops for customers and partners. • Translate customer requirements into scalable implementation plans, coordinating with internal teams to deliver results. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, leveraging internal engineering and security teams as needed. • Develop and maintain technical documentation to support customer implementations and best practices. • Act as a customer advocate by feeding insights and enhancement requests back to product and engineering teams.

• Own sales architecture, workflows, reporting, and CRM hygiene. • Build dashboards and KPI reporting for pipeline, forecasting, conversion, and revenue visibility. • Run forecasting and deal review cadences with sales leadership. • Support territory planning, quota management, and operational planning. • Administer and optimize the broader GTM technology stack. • Improve lead routing, pipeline workflows, and handoff processes across teams. • Support onboarding, enablement, and documentation for sales processes. • Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to maintain operational alignment.

• Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and GTM/Sales roles including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and closing candidates. • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define hiring criteria, and move searches forward with speed and precision. • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and other channels. • Serve as a brand ambassador for Origin, by creating a warm, professional, and memorable candidate experience at every stage. • Keep our ATS (Ashby) accurate and up to date, ensuring hiring data and candidate communications are timely and well-documented. • Track and report on recruiting metrics including pipeline health, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rates. • Partner with the People & Operations team on employer branding, job postings, and process improvements as we scale. • Collaborate with the HR Coordinator to ensure a seamless handoff from offer acceptance through onboarding.

• Obsess over customer problems and ship for velocity and impact • Ship across the stack - agent, backend, infrastructure, and frontend • Build internal agents that automate repeatable parts of engineering • Define how AI-native engineering works at Origin • Design and operate distributed systems using AWS, EKS, Clickhouse, and Kafka • Drive technical decisions on storage schemas and API contracts • Work alongside research and systems-internals engineers to turn their work into reliable production software
