• Build and maintain features using React, NextJS, and other modern JavaScript technologies; delivering highly maintainable solutions through thoughtful and strategic coding • Collaborate with senior and agency developers to learn best practices and improve your coding skills • Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability • Help troubleshoot and fix issues in our existing codebase • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and architect products and services, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, availability, and reliability of our tech stack • Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing

• Lead database strategy, modernization, and architectural redesign efforts. • Guide teams in decomposing monolithic databases into modular, domain-aligned schemas. • Collaborate with application, QA, cloud, and O&M teams to support integrated modernization. • Define and enforce data governance, security, and performance optimization standards. • Support cloud migration initiatives (AWS preferred) and database re-platforming. • Conduct data modeling, schema design, tuning, and lifecycle management. • Provide technical leadership for federal compliance requirements, security controls, and audits.

• Lead end-to-end O&M and modernization efforts across enterprise federal systems. • Oversee operational processes, SLAs, incident management, and continuous improvement. • Plan and manage DM&E activities, ensuring smooth deployment of enhancements and modernization increments. • Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, database, and cloud teams. • Establish performance monitoring, risk management, and operational governance. • Ensure adherence to federal security and compliance standards. • Support program leadership with reporting, technical direction, and stakeholder engagement.

• Work with external customer and internal teams to the design and development of enterprise HDD and its storage applications • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of engineering excellence • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement product roadmaps and technical strategies • Develop deep understanding of Linux Kernel and modern Datacenters and Storage Systems • Establish best practices for HDD usage and define best performance tuning to meet these usage demands • Drive continuous improvement in quality • Work on the evaluation and adoption of new technologies and frameworks to enhance our development capabilities
