Job Description

Director, Global Facilities Management Projects

• Responsible for leading the global FM Projects organization, overseeing the strategy, development, and execution of facilities projects across the enterprise. • Develop the short-term and long-term strategic direction for the global FM Projects organization, ensuring standardized, efficient, and high-quality project delivery across 5,000+ annual projects and approximately $1B in annual spend. • Establish the FM Projects Center of Excellence (COE), drives enterprise-wide standardization, and ensures seamless alignment with the Project Delivery (PD) model to deliver high-quality, efficient, and predictable project outcomes for clients and site-level stakeholders. • This position aligns with regional FM leadership on the delivery of projects and transitioning a standard Community of Practice from the COE to each region. • This role partners with each Business Unit to understand current delivery performance and requirements, align best practices, and simplify and standardize future delivery. • Develop and execute the long-term global strategy for Facilities Management Projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, business growth, capital planning, and long-range operational needs. • Build a long-term capability roadmap for the FM Projects organization, including talent development, technology adoption, process innovation, and scalability.

Job Requirements

  • Typically 14+ years’ Project Management Experience Leading and Developing Global Teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Facilities Management, Business Administration or a related field or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree
  • 14+ years’ experience developing both long-term strategic plans and short-term execution frameworks
  • Experience leading global teams and third-party delivery partners
  • Experience driving transformation, standardization, and operational excellence.
